We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house was lovely and the outdoor space was terrific. We found the beds to be very comfortable. My one concern is that upon arrival the cleaning crew had already finished, but the reality company wouldn’t let us into the property because we were waiting on it to be “inspected”. We had been traveling all day and had small children that needed to use the bathroom. I can understand not getting in the cleaners way but that wasn’t the case. When the inspector did show up he said to us “do you really need me to inspect it?” Which honestly, no we didn’t but we had been waiting about 30 minutes at that point. When I spoke to the reality company on the phone prior to the inspector showing up to see if there was anyway to get inside just to use the bathroom they were unhelpful. To be clear this all took place between 3:30-4:00pm. We didn’t show up hours before check in. My best advice - don’t show up even a little before check-in because you will just be sitting outside.

We visited this house for our son's senior spring break in 2025 and enjoyed the location, which is one of our favorites. The house was spacious and well-stocked with essentials. However, we encountered a few issues. The pool wasn't heated, and two steps on the back porch kept breaking due to poor wood quality. We contacted maintenance twice, and they resolved the step issue. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't functional, so we had to wash dishes by hand. Additionally, the dryer left burn marks on clothes, so we stopped using the washer and dryer altogether. Despite these issues, we appreciated the location and size of the house.

The pool was very nice and the outdoor furniture was comfortable except for the lounge chairs because 3 were broken. The grill ran out of gas and we called for a replacement tank. A gentleman came, I think his name was Adam and replaced the tank and even came back to bring a new brush to clean the grill which was very nice. Thanks Adam. Overall we really liked the place and the ease of renting. Thanks for a great week.

We have stayed at a few houses with private pools and this pool setting was exceptional! Surrounded by concrete means no dirt or mud to deal with The pool was clean and was serviced 3 times during our stay. We did have a couple of problems with the dishwasher and freezer and they were repaired within a few hours. House was clean and met all of our needs. Will be back next year!

The pool area is large with plenty of seating, sun and shade, for all. Beach access was only 3 houses down, easy walk. The weather was perfect all week.

We did experience gnats everywhere in the house, I am not sure if they were from previous renters or what, but the kitchen was full of them, and there were fly strips hanging in the kitchen to mitigate that issue, but there were still quite a few flying around. Also, the shower curtains and liners were dirty, they had mold and other stains on them.

Great that you don’t have to rent for whole week.
