I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this unit several times. We like the location very much and it suits the needs of our family. However, there was a new heat/air system and the master bedroom was very cold in comparison to the remainder of the unit. Perhaps we just never got the hang of how to get the bedroom cooled properly, hence my 4 stars for our overall satisfaction. Also, the kitchen is well-stocked with kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, etc. The cleaners could have done a better job of cleaning the floors. They were a bit gritty. Otherwise, the unit was clean when we arrived.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at Gulf Stream Villa 114 in June 2024 and it was perfect. The property was just as described and was spotless. The location was perfect for our vacation. It has a very private pool and a very short walk to the beech. We will return to this property again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years and have already booked it for 2024. It’s comfortable and convenient on a less-commercial area of the beach. I do think the owner could remove some of the decor to give guests a little more room for their personal belongings.

The house was clean, well stocked & to our surprise included beach chairs! Our neihghbors provided a beautiful fireworks show that we watched while sitting on the deck. We are definitely planning our next trip!

Reviewer Comments: Our family of six was able to spread out and enjoy this villa to the fullest. With 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, it made getting ready to go out much easier. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking in, which we did a few times because we stayed 2 weeks. The pool was very nice and clean, and the ocean views are spectacular. We have already booked for next year. A door handle came off while we were there, and Garden City Realty promptly sent a repairman immediately as we could not lock the unit until it was repaired. We have rented through Garden City Realty for many years and have found them to be excellent rental agents.
