This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Six TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king, two queen, two double, and two twin-sized beds, plus one twin-over-double bunk bed. Outdoor amenities includea furnished private swimming pool, two covered decks, a fire pit, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a gas grill, and ample parking (some covered). The owner will reimburse guests up to $150 for golf cart rental on weekly reservations. Permits motorcycles. Permits trailers. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 15

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
