I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 2 weeks, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The penthouse was ready on time for check-in. We did have an issue with the jacuzzi, but it was fixed the same day. We are looking forward to staying there again soon.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Surfmaster for 6 years and have always loved it. We upgraded from our normal 3 BR unit to a penthouse, because it had a hot tub and we were looking forward to it. Was about a 30% increase but we’re looking forward to our own hot tub for the adults and kids. We got a call the Friday before we went saying hot tub was broke and not going to be fixed until the day before we leave. They told me we were getting a partial refund (didn’t say how much). I explained we rented for hot tub. They didn’t have any other units with hot tub available (obviously). I also checked other options, but with one day notice nothing available. Long story short, we are back home now, was never contacted about refund/discount. Only contact was from sales saying we could reserve unit for 2025. Basically spent about a grand for a hot tub we couldn’t use. Unit was not any bigger or nicer than other 3 BR other than bigger patio and non working hot tub. We will be back to area, but probably rent through a different option.

The rooms were big and well furnished. The view is incredible. There was plenty to do, with great food and shopping.

Unit was clean and ready for use at the appointed time. All the rooms are very nice and setup well. Bedrooms are very accommodating with comfortable beds. Balcony is well setup with furniture and provides a very nice view of the ocean.

Plenty of room. Unbelievable view and comfortable surroundings. Would love to be permitted to have a rental golf cart to drive around the area.
