Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Garden City for years and this is the most disappointing week ever. The beach was Amazing as always but the condo was awful. The bed spreads were stained the floors were nasty. My wife spend 5 hrs cleaning the condo our first night there. The dishes, pots and pans were dirty. Then we had to deal with roaches. We called and they came and sprayed but we saw them the whole time. Had to get them to replace coffee maker and toaster because of the bugs. The rental ppl were nice and understanding but this was the worst stay I have ever had in SC. Very Disappointed!

The room rental was spacious, clean, we loved it. Grocery and anything else needed is close by. Loved it, will be back.

This property was perfect for our family. Only one minor complaint was that we couldn’t find a luggage mover and was told that only one was at the complex.

You can rock oceanside by the ocean as the sun raises and have a relaxing evening glass of wine watching the sun set from your own spacious deck. Totally relaxing.

The morning sun is easily accessed from the inviting rocking chairs located on the beach side of the building. The afternoon sun shines all the time on the spacious private deck. A great place for breakfast coffee, relaxing lunch, afternoon wine and cheese or after dinner sunset. Great vacation.

Reviewer Comments: This is our second year at this location and I have renewed for next year. Great location at the beach with a deck that overlooks the water and provides a windscreen when necessary. Particularly enjoyed relaxing in the rocking chairs provided by the Condo HOA and located directly on the beach.

It was a very well maintained unit with beautiful décor. Would definitely stay here again. Such a short walk to the beach made it even better.
