Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautifully decorate. Nicely upgraded. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Ned’s were comfortable. I highly recommend staying in this condo. The views from this condo are so much better than the other rooms cause it’s an end unit so you can see clear down the beach. My only small suggestion is it would have been nice to have a small vacuum or even a decent broom to use. There was a broom in the condo, but it was not functional (the bristles were all messed up).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While we have stayed at this building before, this was our first time staying in this unit. The unit itself is big and nicely decorated. We love the fact that it was an end unit because it had lots of windows and light coming in and several views of the ocean. From a property management standpoint, I will say my only critique is that the cleaners need to be more diligent because we did notice hair on the walls in the bathroom, particularly that were not wiped down. I will say that I think maybe the owners need to come in over the fall and winter and declutter some of the closets because there’s no room in any of them to really hang anything and do some painting to refresh the condo. I will say we have always had a great experience with Garden City realty and this building so we will be back for next year.

The TV in the small bedroom isn’t connected to spectrum as are the other TVs so you can’t watch anything on it. The dryer doesn’t dry the clothes but other than that it’s a nice condo

The owners have added a new sofa, new washer/dryer, some nice decor, balcony furniture, and I believe a television in the third bedroom. Only drawback in condo would be the bed in master bedroom is lumpy and the comforter needs replacing. The dishwasher was not working and we received a response/visit from a technician the same day. He said it required parts to fix and they would probably just trade it out. We never got a replacement, but in their defense, there was a Tropical Storm that blew through the next day that had staff very busy, so understandable. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. One of the elevators was out and that caused delays checking in/out. We enjoyed a great meal at Wicked Tuna in Murrells inlet and tasty takeout pizza and wings from Mellow Mushroom.
