Guest shall be responsible for all said damage to the Property caused by Guest or Guest’s party. Under no circumstances shall Guest(s) be entitled to recover consequential, incidental, or punitive damages from Manager, its Owners, employees or representatives. Guest is encouraged to secure the appropriate travelers or vacation insurance and/or renters insurance. 8. Trash Collection, Cleaning & Departure.
