Our newly constructed(2021) private and cozy 400 sq ft Studio has a queen size bed, living room, large sofa, kitchenette with convection microwave, refrigerator, 55” TV, free high-spped internet and Keurig coffee maker. It has a full size bathroom with a very nice shower. It has its own separate and secure entrance, is is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from Mount Pleasant and 5 miles from Daniel Island & 526. Stayed Jul 23, 2025This was a great location for our stay while our daughter went to CofC equestrian camp. We drove to Shem Creek to have dinner, we went downtown to do some shopping. There was great restaurants not far away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Stayed Sep 6, 2024We stayed at this property for two nights. This property is perfect for a short stay. We enjoyed Charleston, the Boone Hall Plantation and the beach. Publix, a gas station and other stores are just a couple minutes down the road. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. I would definitely rent again. Just be aware that if you are older or have knee problems that the apartment is above a garage and you will have to walk up and down the stairs.

Any questions I had were answered promptly. The next time we come to visit our daughter, we will be seeing if this is available. Great location and so homey feeling.
