Quiet Nature & Sunset Water Views. Have a Folly Great Time!

Excellent location for Folly or Charleston. Private balcony with awesome marsh views. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lolo's restaurant across the street had amazing food and a great view from the deck. I would definitely stay again!

A very top notch place to stay around Charleston and the beach. All the comforts of home. Will consider it again in future visits.

LOVED this property. Sizable rooms, very clean, super big balcony with comfortable furniture, and covered parking. I traveled for work, and it was nice and quiet, along with being close to grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, and local gyms. 10/10, highly recommend.

The place was very nice! Even though you’re in the top floor, the stairs are not bad at all! Location is perfect!! The porch was my favorite place to sit in the morning and drink my coffee. The view was beautiful! Easy access and great directions. Would stay here again.

Everything was exactly like the pictures and the host described. Check in was hassle free and the place was spotless when we walked in. Folly beach is just a minute down the road so the location was perfect. My wife, daughter and I had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Jennifer!

Beautiful balcony overlooking bay. Easy to find and covered parking. As the listing states, there is no elevator so the four flights of stairs were a lot for me as an older person. But that's no problem since we had a nice view. Good restaurants inland and at the beach. The condo is central to both the beach and town.

A little piece of paradise! This is a perfect location. It’s right before Folly and just a short distance from downtown. Everything looks new inside and it’s super coastal and cozy! It’s on the 4th floor with no elevator, but the views from the covered balcony are worth the climb. My daughter and I traveled for Citadel events and we each had our own space and it was plenty of room, even if my husband had come, it still would have felt spacious because of the furniture and use of space! We travel to Charleston a lot, so we will keep our fingers crossed that this place is available!

Loved the condo. The outlet next to the sliding glass door in the bedroom doesn't work and the master bath towel rack fell when w tried to put a towel on it. I re-mounted it but not sure if it's stable. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s property! It’s a very quick drive to the beach and restaurants at Folly but far enough away to provide peace and quiet and nice views of the marsh. It’s only a 20 min. drive to Charleston so we were able to enjoy a nice balance of beach and city. The property had two nice bedrooms and all the amenities we needed.

We enjoyed our trip. The stay was nice as well. However the AC didn’t seem to work properly. My husband and I both woke up every night hot. And the light fixture in the second bedroom appeared to be just literally hanging on by the wires. Idk. Cute fixture though. And clean place.

Came for a long weekend as we were in town to see Dave Matthew’s. Wanted to be out of downtown and relax. This was a great space!! Away from the crowds at beach but a mile from the beach! Easy access and close to kayaking. We saw the sunsets from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable space! The host had everything we needed.We look forward to returning!

It was clean, had an amazing view and close to Folly Beach and close to Charleston, SC. We were told about the stairs to get to the condo but it is a workout after a day of walking. Still would recommend this cute condo.

We stayed for 3 nights mainly to visit Folly Beach and liked it. The kitchen was well equipped and we also liked the offer of beach chairs etc. We did not expect it being so close to the street, but it was quite and everything was ok. The Only thing was that the en suite bathroom door constantly locked itself, but we could re open it with a needle. constantly locked

We loved our stay here. Had a chance to meet one of the owners and he was very kind and helpful. Clean, well stocked, just as the description stated and was perfect for our weekend getaway!

We really enjoyed this property in Folly Beach. Very comfortable beds and indoor/outdoor furniture. Quiet/scenic setting. Jennifer was very timely in answering any questions we had before we arrived. Everything went smoothly during our stay, so did not have to reach out to her during stay. Would stay here again, if ever back in this area.

This condo was perfect for four people. Exactly as advertised. It’s right outside the hustle and bustle of Folly Beach, a one minute drive. It has a beautiful deck to relax on. The owners were very accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here.

We have mixed reviews for our stay at this condo. The good...everything was clean, easy to check in/out, short drive to Folly. The not so good...road noise was an issue for the person staying in the porch side room (heard noise at various times during the night), and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was not working when we arrived (was fixed the next day, but we had already decided to move to another location).

Great location. Big furnished balcony. Big beds. Comfy sofas. Cute little condo!! Only drawback is if you can't do stairs. We read the description and knew it was on the top floor, but that made for beautiful marsh views!

Perfect 3 night stay weekend. A short 30 minute ride to Middleton Place to attend a wedding.

Loved the location and watching the tides come and go. Very comfy bed and living room. Played games at the table on the patio. Just great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen fully stocked, having 2 bathrooms was great. View of the marsh beautiful. Stairs up but that was not a problem for us. Of note, would need to drive to Folly Beach which is a fabulous beach - wide and with a complete fishing pier and related beach stores nearby. We had a small issue with the bathroom and it was taken care of right away. Appreciated the communication with owner. Would stay again!

Quick 3 day holiday, one day in Charleston, one day in Folly. Small space but perfect for me and my daughter during her fall break. 2 Beds super comfy. Quiet place. Stairs should not be taken lightly! Would come again!

We had the best stay at folly Beach! We came for our anniversary and we loved the area and the beach. The condo was perfect for us to relax and enjoy the views!

We had a great stay at the apartment. Very clean and well equipped. The location is good, short drive to the beach and only 25 min to Charleston.
