    I just stayed here for a month & it was absolutely perfect. Great location with an only 10-15 min commute to the city for work & also right down the road from the beach. I had heard that traffic can get bad near folly/on folly road but I never had an issues during my stay. Also tons of stores and restaurants nearby. The place was super clean and stocked with anything I could imagine. Full kitchen, cleaning supplies, and a closet full of extra towels and linens. Also was great having a full sized washer & dryer. The covered parking & balcony were also nice to have when it rained. The pool and shared community space outside was great and always kept clean. Most neighbors are usually quiet & respectful, the place just has thin walls/ceilings so I did hear the neighbors next door and above me quite a bit. The host would usually get back within the hour if I had any questions. This truly was one of the cleanest most stocked places I have ever stayed and I enjoyed every second of my month staying here.
