Fantastic Bungalow with Hot tub, Decks, Close to everything, modern and clean

This is a completely remodeled Craftsman Bungalow with lots of great outdoor and indoor space. There are many separate cool outdoor and indoor spaces to gather or find solitude. It was extensively updated in May 2021, It's within minutes of downtown and features a beautiful kitchen, hot tub, 70 inch TV Room, Sonos System, x box, TV upstairs, surround sound, 1 go fiber internet, theater downstairs, bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out. There is a 600 Square foot Deck overlooking the Backyard and surroundings on the main floor and even an outside TV. There are two bedrooms with Queen beds upstairs. The upstairs bathroom is Jack andJill style meaning it is directly accessed through the bedrooms but not the hallway. There is another bed with a queen bed in the daylight basement on the other side of the TV Room. My house is located within steps to a gourmet grocery store, restaurants, dispensaries, and a block from the River and Willamette park.brbrInside the home you'll find three full baths. We have one clawfoot tub and designer tile and recessed lighting throughout all done to period. There's a great lighted arbor in front where you'll get a nice feel for the Portland experience and friendly people.brbrSome great activities and stores are within walking distance to this house. We are one block away from the river. Also, Zupan's gourmet grocery store is fifty yards away. Willamette Park and the river are 2 blocks away. There are tennis courts, playgrounds, a boat dock, and bike path there. There's a place to rent paddle boards a block away.brbrThis home is ideal for a family. brbrThere is a Ring Video camera doorbell on the outside of the front door, garage, shop, and on the door of the ADU in the backyard.brbrThere is a small 200 square foot Private office on the back of the property which guests won't have access to and is completely fenced and shielded from the main house through gates. In that case you wouldn’t have access to the full backyard behind the bamboo fences which close as that would be my emergency shelter. That is unlikely. You're welcome to double check with me if that is of a concern . There is an outdoor fire pit, a larger section of yard, a covered deck. brbr3 day minimum on Federal Holidays next to a weekend. If you’re a nervous traveler, don’t like driving in the wind, rain, or snow, are concerned with your health please purchase trip insurance. I can’t afford to provide that service myself for last minute cancellations when it is readily available.brbrThere is no cat that lives here any longer

You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. Your private space includes a double queen and king bedroom, a full bathroom with bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with fireplace and views, a laundry room, a wrap around deck. All of which are in the photos.brThe spacebrThis house is all about the breathtaking views. It is peaceful sanctuary with vaulted ceilings, and a wrap around deck above the trees. It is walking distance to shops, restaurants, a movie theater, trails, and the #15 bus to downtown.brGuest accessbrYou will occupy the entire street (upper) level of the home and have access to the lower level patio and garden. My family and I live in the sun basement. We have separate entrances. If you need anything or if you have any questions we are there to assist, but most of the time we don’t run into guests unless we both happen to be outside at the same time.brOther things to notebrWe are a no shoe home. We provide clean slippers for you in the mudroom/foyer. After your stay, we ask that you throw the used slippers in the laundry room.brWe have a friendly 6 year old mutt named Martin.
