The 1400 square foot lower duplex is available year round for stays up to 5 weeks and features an open floor plan, two decks with site views up to Council Crest, southern exposure for sun all day long, two bedrooms with queen beds, a fold down couch bed for one more person in the living room, a beautiful dinning room for 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen (perfect for home cooked meals) and a very large living room.
