A master suite, including king bed, full bathroom, and it's own TV area, is located on the upper level, while the finished basement includes a laundry area, TV room, and large desk/workspace. Our back yard is an oasis in the middle of the city, complete with a giant sequoia. The open kitchen and large island is perfect for spending time with family and friends.brbrWe have 4 full bedrooms, all upstairs. The master has its own bathroom and there’s another for the other 3 bedrooms, with a powder room on the main floor. Also upstairs is the conveniently located washer and dryer.brbrThe main floor has an open floor plan with a large covered deck off the kitchen. Enjoy it rain or shine! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, and utensils. The 12-foot island is great for prepping big meals and also has stools.brbrThe basement has its own entrance and is rented out to others.
