BBQ with the pellet grill on the back patio or SAUNA with a cold plunge tub. Central Air! Wood stove.brThe spacebrMy home is a reflection of my adventurous style and everything I love about Portland. Take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen, library of cookbooks, sustainable amenities, backyard garden, travel books, and more! You will have the place to yourself!brGuest accessbrThe entire home is yours, excluding the basement. If you need to use the washer and dryer, let me know and I’ll arrange it! Prime River View: spacious, light-filled top floor corner unit downtown

Portland, Oregon, United States

Centrally located downtown overlooking the lively Riverplace Esplanade with lots of restaurants and boutiques right downstairs. We are making our second home available to you for that truly special extended stay. brbrThe first thing you'll notice in this top floor corner unit is the light filling the rooms from the large East-facing windows. Next, you'll be greeted with a 180 degree view up and down the river where you can see SIX of Portland's famous bridges through the big windows in the living, dining and bedrooms. Only then will you notice the tasteful, elegant contemporary furnishings and the peaceful, relaxing ambiance. But it's really all about the view.brbrIn the morning, make coffee in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the river or go out to one of the 3 cafes that are less than a block away. In the afternoon, sip a glass of wine on the deck and watch the dragon boats on the river below. Relax in the deep chaise and read a book or just enjoy the view of the bridges and the East Side. In the evening, go to one of the many restaurants, wine bars or pubs that are all within a block or two of your front door. Or just stay in and watch the game on the big screen TV.brbrSleeps up to 4 (the couch converts into a surprisingly comfortable queen-sized bed), an open, spacious-feeling 845 sq. ft. with Berber carpets throughout.brbrOne designated parking space is included, located in the secure garage below the unit (additional paid parking is available if you need it in one of the public garages nearby).
