It is fully furnished with all new appliances, cookware, and linens. It has a washer/ dryer, air conditioning, and a dual fuel stove. Piedmont Neighborhood is a great place for walking, bike riding, recreation, and enjoying all of the sights, experiences, and eats Portland has to offer!brbrGetting Around:brThis property is located a few blocks from Lombard St and is minutes to Alberta & Albina districts, and less than 20 minutes to Downtown. Location is 15 minutes to PDX Airport and to Vancouver, WA. The neighborhood can easily be navigated without a car. The 75 Bus Line or UBER is a good option if you don't plan to bring a car. There is a bus stop within 3 blocks and it’s easy to cycle or walk to local amenities. It’s quite possible to never leave the neighborhood with plenty to do and see! Once you get downtown you can use the MAX light rail to get all over Portland Metro. As a residential area, Piedmont is very accessible by foot.
