The white cabinetry was updated recently by the owners. The kitchen has been remodeled to include a granite-topped island, giving you much more room to cook. This island doubles as a dining surface. Pull up four high chairs and have bacon and eggs while you watch the harbor seals bob up and down in the shallow waves outside. The kitchen has a full range, microwave, and is stocked with all the basic cooking supplies you’ll need. The refrigerator in this unit is much larger than most of the others in our 50-unit rental pool. brbrbrbrThere is not an inch of this condo that doesn't feature the personal touches of the owners. They've carefully painted accent walls to complement the furnishings. This condo is located at the Sea Gypsy, this ground floor condo is right on the beach, where you have the lowest beach access in Lincoln City. Feel your toes in the sand, only steps beyond the eight foot slider. There is also an indoor heated salt water swimming pool on site. The condo is on the stretch of beach, where Finders Keepers hide the Glass Floats for guests to find. Also, the Kite Festival, held in June and September is right out in front of the condo. Each morning guests will wake to the breathtaking view of blue ocean waves rolling onto the miles of flat sandy beach. The ever changing 'D' River is right outside and everyday it carves a new path to the sea. As you walk into the condo, and first see the full wall of window with a view of the beach it will take your breath away. It feels like home, and you will want to bring your family and friends back year after year. You will feel happy, relaxed and kid like again. It is always good to find a place you never want to leave and can hardly wait to come back to. The condo has a comfortable sofa and chair to relax in while watching the ocean, TV, reading or playing games. The WIFi is 250 mbps if you have to do a little work while there, or your family can use there own favorite devices. There is a kitchen with full size appliances, pots and pan, dishware ready for what ever you want to cook, or fix for a late night snack. New flooring was put in a couple months ago, and watch for the new sofa that will be added the second week in March. 2026. I new large comfortable gray sofa, will be located right by the window to the beach!! The master bedroom has a new headboard and redecorated with a king size bed.brWhere else can you go to be only steps from the beach and ocean. Sit at the table by the large window that gives you the view you want, to watch whales, kites,(especially during kite festival in June and October as they fly right by your window). Families playing on the beach, beachcombers looking for that treasure in the sand, this is also the stretch of sand that the Finder Keepers hide the beautiful hand blown glass floats on. The beach is lite at night so you don't have to end your day at dark. You can also extend your day by swimming in the large salt water swimming pool, or relaxing in the dry sauna, in the pool building. While sitting in the four comfortable leather chairs having your morning coffee, play games, or read that book that you never find time for. We have just put in broad ban WIFI so you can share with your family and friends pictures of the great time you or your family are having, or just relaxing. They will wish they were there!!! There is one queen size bed and one king bed, the queen bed is in the ocean side suite and the king in the private bedroom which has its own un suite. Each bed has new soft sheets, soft blankets, and a duvet cover or quilt. There are two full bathrooms with tub and shower combination. Take a long shower at the end of the day or soak in the tub and wrap your self in the soft thick white towels. There is complimentary bar bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, and a makeup remover towel. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with an island for extra seating. There is a stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. There is a selection of pots and pans, frying pans, plates, bowels, glasses and cups. Also, silverware for your use while there. There is also a few complimentary packets of coffee, cream and sugar, hot chocolate ,and popcorn . There is a laundry room located by the swimming pool, it takes a debit or credit card for the machines. brThis condo is located where the Lincoln City Kite Festival happens, kites fly right past your window, close to Newport Crab festival. We updated everything, adding vessel sinks to the bathrooms, tiling the showers and putting granite in our kitchen and bathrooms. Thought has been put into every aspect of this condo, down to the dishes and cookware. We drove right past Ikea while searching for furnishings.brbrbrbrBuoy Wonder has a larger master bedroom than most Sea Gypsy units, with a California King bed and dressers that make this condo feel more like home, and less like a motel. We have 50-inch flatscreen TVs in both rooms of the condo, and a brand new bedroom set that is not from Ikea.brbrbrbrA great view of the beach can be seen from the oceanside suite, which we've left open by furnishing it with a sofa, love seat and elegant dining table.
