Beautiful Ground Floor Beachfront Condo - Sleeps 4 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Shellfish Endeavor' is what we call this beautiful oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people, has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is home! The beach access is literally right out the sliding glass door. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor, salt water pool, and dry sauna!



The Space:

Unit 102, which we call ShellfishEndeavor, is a beautiful, recently remodeled condo at the north end of the Sea Gypsy. It's worth noting there are three beach access points at our facility, with Shellfish Endeavor right next to the shortest: just six steps onto the sand!



No. 102's oceanside suite contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a brand new TV, and comfortable leather chairs. Sit at the 8 foot sliding glass door and watch the waves all day. Step outside your glass door onto a grassy patio and take that small staircase down onto the sandy beach.



There are many great restaurants in Lincoln City but the kitchen in Shellfish Endeavor gives you the opportunity to relax in the condo and cook some of your favorite recipes. The owners have provided plenty of cookware, a range oven, a microwave, and full-sized fridge.



Off the kitchen is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo so you can relax with a soothing bubble bath after a day on the ocean.



A hallway leads from the oceanside suite to the master bedroom, where you will find a brand new king bed. There is a flat screen TV in the bedroom, as well as a small closet to put some of your things away. Attached to the bedroom is a second full bathroom.



If you are looking for constant ocean views and instant beach access, this is the place for you!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool, and dry sauna.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
