Brand New Home: 3 King Bedrooms, Kids Bonus and Bunk Room, Hot Tub, Near Beach!

The kids had plenty to do. It was comfortable and homy. It was a short walk to the beach. There were great hikes and places to go during the day. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and home dinning.

It has everything you need for a great beach getaway.

This property was wonderful. It was very close to beach access, the home was very thoughtfully furnished and clean. The outdoor shower is a game changer, especially when coming back from the beach with sandy children. The games rooms helped keep everyone entertained. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous home! Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower and all the beach toys/boogie boards in the garage. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

This house was excellent. It had a great layout with a huge living space on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. The outdoor heated shower was so nice when coming back from the beach or out of the hot tub. Little details such as lots of hook in the showers to hang wet swim suits and extra fleece blankets rolled up in baskets in the living areas were appreciated. There were also many board games that we enjoyed playing, as well as ping pong and air hockey out in the garage. We had a great stay!

This property was stunning! We booked it for our combined bachelor/bachelorette party and it was the best decision. Check in and out was very easy. Clear types out laminated signs with instructions for everything you could need. The hot tub was wonderful to relax in. The table fit our party of 11 perfectly. Mitch was a breeze to cook in. The bedrooms were wonderful spacious and the couch's so comfy some of us slept there instead lol. Plenty of bathrooms and the outdoor shower was wonderful as well. We truly enjoyed this house and it made our weekend celebration so amazing. 10/10 will be staying here again.

This house was amazing. They definitely pay attention to details and nothing is overlooked. It’s bright, clean, cozy. Our family used it for spring break and would love to go back. It’s such a short walk down to the beach. Close to stores. Quiet neighborhood. The game room connected to the bunk beds was such a hit with the kids. They enjoyed having their “own space”. The only thing we wish we were aware of prior is that it does state “no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises”. Usually when it states no smokes, it means inside of unit, which is understandable. I just wish it was disclosed on the website. That would be the only issue we had. When we did contact them they were very quick to respond I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay again.

The house was amazing! So close to the beach access, views of the ocean, room for all to spread out, kitchen well stocked, and toys for little ones and teenagers. The hot tub and outside shower was used daily and we appreciated the beach cart to haul items down to the ocean. We can’t wait to return!!

This was a beautiful home and was perfect for friends and family and right next to the beach and stores. Will definitely be coming back!

It was awesome. Loved the house. Not cluttered but had everything we needed. Wish checkout was later. 10 seems a little early. I would for sure rent this house again.

Every family member loved the house/home, the floor plan, the easy access to the beach, and the all games & activities for the kids. A wonderful Thanksgiving with many memories made in a lovely home.

Loved the location and home! Very close to the beach as well as the heart of Lincoln City - so able to easily walk down to the beach or up a few blocks for food/coffee and shopping. Was very clean/ well kept and had a great kitchen and dining table to accommodate our big group. Very comfortable bedrooms upstairs and loved the master shower; the kids loved their bunk bed room. This has been our second stay here and already thinking about a trip back here next fall.
