Sea Gypsy Condo Ground Floor/Right on the Beach Beach, Sunsets, Bonfires, Pool

Lovely condo. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Comfortable bed in master. Kitchen was SO well stocked and included so many little extras (popcorn, hot cocoa, so many spices, etc). Also loved the onsite pool. Had a delightful experience.

It was so nice to be right on the beach! The walls are very thin and the people above us kept us up. Gorgeous views and clean though!

Quick girls trip with my daughters and grandbabies. VRBO says sleeps 6 but this unit has only two beds, luckily owner reached out so we could bring an air mattress and extra pool towels. Condo is stocked well with kitchenware and beds are comfortable. Great ocean views and beach access.

Had everything we needed or a week stay.

There is mold around bathtub, mold around bathroom sink. The floor fan needs the wiring checked and a good cleaning. The stove drip pans were rusty and should be changed out. The kitchen ceiling light had only two bulbs that worked.The advertisement for the property was different than what i expected. Overall property needs attentiom. For what i was charged and expected , I was extremely dissapointed.

Wonderful view of ocean. Clean and felt safe. The outdoor fence needs ro be fixed, but the condo was fantastic!

This property was newly renovated, very nicely set up, full kitchen with all the utensils pot pans, a waffle maker!! This unit was well thought out. Every unit has its negatives right? This one was the noise, right next to the stairs very thin walls can hear all sorts of noise around you. There was a few spots that could had been a little cleaner but cleanliness was very sufficient and comfortable did not feel dirty!

Loved being right on the beach. The place was quiet, well stocked and adorable.

I love the Sea Gypsy, it’s the only place I’ll stay in Lincoln City and it’s been that way for 30 years. We had wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back again. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with everything we needed and more. Check-in and out is so smooth, Patty was helpful with making sure we had the information needed through text messages before we arrived.

Communication was great! Room was well stocked and updated. Access to ocean was excellent. Owner really thought of all the little things like kid toys and books, board games, beach toys and chairs etc.

Love this condo! Iike I was at home! It had everything you need and the bonus was the view! The owner was super sweet and responsive! If you stay don't forget to leave tip for the housekeeper!

This condo was perfect for my needs while in Lincoln City. I loved the ground floor as I could access the beach easily. Patty was fabulous to work with.

The host was great and had great communication. Being so close to the coastline is great, walking to the beach in less than 5 minutes is awesome. Pur daughter loved being able to swim in the swimming pool.Additional Thoughts:1. We stayed during the winter, so the weather wasn't always conducive to being outside.We stayed inside for peruods to emjoy some down time and views of the ocean. The TV setup can be improved, so if you plan on watching anything, bring your own laptop (you can use the HDMI there).2. I had some really bad WiFi issues, which was in some of the reviews for Sea Gypsy. So I came prepared with additional Mobile Hotspot data.3. The pool water felt fairly cold. Was expecting it to be a bit warmer. 4. The fridge location is not ideal, but I understand that space is limited and there isnt a better place for it.

The view and access to the beach was perfect. Near all the good places in Lincoln City. Comfy beds and a decent kitchen. It would be nice if there was a dish drain of some sort. But otherwise no complaints.

We had a beautiful room on the beach, it had been redone in the last year for sure. Did not use or see pool etc. but could do most things by just walking.

The host was very responsive. We loved the ground floor, and maybe best of all, the beach (sand) was very close. We walked to the either end of the property and walked down steps and were on the sand. On one end, there were only 8 or so steps! We had a great time.

Our host was very attentive to ensuring we received our check in information and code. The condo was well stocked with so many extras - bedding, movies, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. Very clean and roomy. We would love to stay again!

We happened to be there during the kite festival. It was great to bring your lawn chairs and watch the kites. Very cute decorations in condo. Great view of the ocean. Would stay again.

Beach Front Property as advertized

The condo is in a perfect location for walking along the beach and exploring Lincoln City. Our daughter loved sleeping on the Murphy bed and swimming in the pool. We will definitely recommend staying here to our friends!

Charming condo. Our Hostess was amazing, friendly and attentive. Stocked with plenty of dishes, seasons and spices for our stay. Beds were very comfy with extra pillows. Can't wait to come back next year. Already in touch with our Hostess.

We loved our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the next door restaurant was super. We spent our evenings sitting by the ocean watching the beautiful sunsets.

Nice place... Only negative was the smell of wood smoke when you walked in

Thankyou for the sweet little extras. We found a welcome gift of popcorn and coffee on the counter when we arrived. The condo was perfect for our quick family vacation to celebrate my wife’s Birthday.

The condo was cozy,my daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked.Beds comfortable.Looked right out on the beach, with easy access.One small issue that was quickly solved.Definitely would stay again!

Updated very comfortable place to be with the beach right at your back door! Patty, our host, was very nice and answered our questions right away! Great location! Right next door to Kyllos restaurant.

We had a great time. There was plenty of room for us girls. Not only was there a separate bedroom and Murphy bed but the ottoman and couch also converted. We didn’t need all those beds but it was nice having them. The access to the beach was just steps away and we even got to enjoy a fire bit later one night. We also enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. For dinner we walked over to kyllos and in the morning took a quick stroll north to Dutch bros. All in all it was a great night.

Wonderful accommodations, including nice instructions for electronics. Great location and can’t get much closer to the ocean without being in it!

Came down from Washington state for 5 days. The location is easy to get to, the condo was right on the beach with great views. The condo was clean and the kitchen well appointed. Lincoln City is such a great place to relax. The manager was great to work with and easy to get ahold of. We loved our stay. Thanks.

Loved having the room right on the beach. Great price for the room. Gave it a 4 since our door was very difficult to open. We were worried a few times we were not going to be able to open the door. We had everything we needed and the decorations were cute

Pros: Almost everything! On the beach, beach chairs, clean, just as advertised. Cons: Fan in bathroom super loud and needs to be repaired or replaced. Murphy bed not as soft as desired. Coffee maker broken.Minor stuff.

It's a cute property with lots of beachy decor and relatively new-looking furniture, floors, and carpet; however, it is just overloaded with stuff-too many dishes, too many chairs, too many toys and games, much of it broken, rusty, or missing pieces. Everything, and I mean every surface, is covered with some greasy film, making it pretty gross to touch the cabinets, microwave, light switches, door knobs, etc. The screen door was broken. I don't think the sheets were clean on two of the three beds. They smelled of body odor. I pool is dirty, and I was given a non-working code to get in. I never saw the office opened. The lock box with the key was broken. I didn't even have to put in the code. The top fell off in my hand. The parking lot is not monitored for non-guests. The staircase down to the beach is destroyed, people tore off the tape, used it anyway, and that is a lawsuit just waiting to happen. I heard a women in the parking lot discussing that when she went in her room, she found that it was unclean, and the floors hadn't even been mopped. All of these issues have simple fixes. My advice to spend less at Hobby Lobby on decor and more on efficiency and house-keeping. The other thing that really bothers me is paying a cleaning fee yet having to leave beds and pillows a certain way, wash the dishes and put them away (who knows if the previous person actually washed them with soap?), and take out the trash. Really? What did I pay for then?

Unit is perfect beach decor & well supplied. View is spectacular in one of the best locations in Lincoln City for easy beach access. A bit of a “fish bowl” effect as neighbors walk past slider to outside nonstop or hang out right outside. Regardless we would come back.

Great view and easy access to the beach. Fully loaded with all utensils in the kitchen. The two full bathrooms were great for a family of four. Plenty of storage space and had plenty of beach chairs, games and toys. My 16 year old son was worried about tv service but didn’t have to, smart TV had everything we needed for the little time we watched it. Very close, within walking distance, to the tide pools. Nice size main bedroom with full bath and the Murphy bed in the living room were perfect for 4.
