Pros: On the ocean with great view of it Lots of eating places Safeway grocery store near Full kitchen-Stove, oven, full refrigerator. Salt (at the outlet mall)- coffee & food Inside pool Easy access to beach Cons: No A/C Not truly two bedrooms No true living room due to bed being in the living room. Needs blackout blinds in bedroom... bright sun No sound proofing- hear the screaming kids at 7 AM No WIFI Network- I tried several times and never saw the network that was suppose to be available.

Very nice, roomy unit. Right on the beach - easy access for walking on the shore and beautiful view from the front room. Large, private bedroom with bathroom was perfect for my elderly mom. Kitchen was well stocked. Would have preferred a hideabed in front room, as the chairs were not comfortable for prolonged sitting while watching TV.

I didn't know we'd be on the 3rd floor until we arrived so we had to climb up and down 32 steps any time we went to the beach or any where else. Older building, but kept up pretty well. Loved being able to sit and look out the window and to hear the surf. It was really windy, but other than that, beautiful.

Nice condo. Only complaint is it says 2 bedrooms, but it’s only 1 with a bed in the main living room. So that was disappointing. DVD player didn’t work and one of the chairs was broken. However, awesome locations. We had bonfires, good food and all around a good experience. Also think it’s ridiculous that I had to clean the condo before leaving.

Nice view of the ocean. Well equipped with beach chairs, towels and toys for the kids if needed.

Beautiful location and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker. Will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful view to say the least, however, the trip didn’t quite go as planned. Celebrating our 15 year wedding anniversary, first off, there was an issue with the key box so we couldn't get in the unit right away but the host called the maintenance guy to open the door. Intermittent plumbing issues with one of the toilets. The unit could use a makeover for sure. The furniture may have come from the local Goodwill, the bed was horrible, wornout and not enough cookware so had to go out and purchase some, black mold around the window. Not sure why there's a bed in the living room, perhaps a hideaway bed would be better. Loved the besch!! The host was terrific and did what she could to at least get us in the room.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and there was great shops and stores nearby to pick up spare items.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well stocked and a perfect location. The view from the condo was amazing!! Check-in/out was a breeze. We will stay there again.

The location is amazing. The beach right there. Great for beach campfires. The view is stunning especially from the third floor. The king bed in the back bedroom is amazing and so comfy. The queen in the living room is a bit soft and slides off the headboard a bit. The kitchen has a nice big island. The kitchen supplies were a bit sparse and could use an update but was enough to get by for a week. Overall good and would stay again.

Laundry is paid thru app and apple pay. Excellect views from living area of beach.

View if the beach is top notch! Bed was super comfy. While the kitchen was great, it could use a few more items, like tongs, a larger bowl to mix salads in and a bigger frying pan. We loved the location and didn't even mind the stairs to the 3rd floor. It is super easy to get to the beach and we loved people watching, strolling up and down the beach and flying our kites. The owner was great with communication. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location was very convenient, close to everywhere we wanted to go while in Lincoln City. Beach access was easy, and the view was wonderful. We also liked how the unit was decorated. Patty was very helpful, and made the whole process easy. Very enthusiastic thumbs up!

Super nice 2 bed, 2 bath condo right on the beach! Easy beach access and a great view of the beach from the room. The room had everything we could need and the host was super accommodating in allowing us back into the space after we had checked out to grab something we left behind!

My granddaughter and I spent a whole week here! The view was awesome, and I liked being on the second floor so that we could sleep with the windows open and listen to the ocean. The building was a lot older than I had thought it would be, but overall, it was a great location, and our place was clean and comfortable. Also, our host was so awesome at communicating and was very accomodating.

We had a wonderful time visiting SeaGypsy again. The condo was clean and comfortable and loved that we had all the supplies we needed to make meals.

Loved the view and the room was nice. Would have been nice to have a bedside clock and a second bedside lamp in the king bedroom. Also, some kleenex would have been good. Overall, i would stay again.

Our stay was great. I have stayed with this host before and she always communicates and makes sure things are up to standard. The room is great if you have kids. The griddle in the room was great so we could cook breakfast in and then run on beach.

The view was amazing but it is in the 3rd floor. Some pictures showed a view from the grand floor so going up the stairs was not expected. The place was clean with lots of extras to make the stay nice. Could have used a few more blankets for the cot bed.

My daughter and I traveled to oregon so that we could drive the coast and hike. This condo add two beds and two baths on the beach, with a huge window to watch the ocean, you could hear the waves. Plenty of food and attractions nearby. We stayed the last week of March but unfortunately did not see any whale. anywhales.

The host was amazing and so friendly! Great location with a heated pool. You walk right out and access the beach and close to shops and restaurants.

Patty was an outstanding host, helpful and generous. Because there’s no dishwasher and everyone is responsible to leave with the dishes clean and put away, I recommend you check the dishes for cleanliness. The beach access is excellent and you can walk for ever

We so enjoyed staying here. Perfect size for our family of 5. Right on the beach and in a great location!

Great location, clean and comfortable kitchen size for those who like to cook and having two bathrooms are wonderful.

A nice place to stay. We were two elderly couple and it was a good place. Would be ideal for a family with small children. It was clean, check-in was easy. I would recommend this place.

We both enjoyed the stay. My only surprise was being on the third floor. From the photos, it looked like the unit was on the first floor.

Our stay here was great. Right on the beach- plenty of room. This condo was clean and all set up for a fun stay. I would recommend updating your pictures- much nicer in person. We will stay here again.

My profile that I filled out in past year’s was not reflecting that we needed a room with minimal to no stairs. I have now fixed it. The description was miss leading, thought I was booking a first floor room with patio, not a third floor room and no elevator. Room had no couch, just chairs with no wheels, heavy to move. No remote for TV in mail living room. Pots and pans were old and pitted. No hot water in showers, it was warm. Also washing dishes with only lukewarm water is not good. Beach accessibility was fine. Pool needed a good cleaning is was dirty and scum on tiles. Cost was not worth it.Won’t use VRBO again.

It was great. A much needed vacation. Room was accommodating and spacious enough to be comfortable.
