Summary:

Dock Cousteau is what we call this spacious top floor oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of two queen size beds. The unit has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside of the oceanside window! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!


>The Space:

Dock Cousteau is a spacious third-floor condo that sleeps four with a most spectacular ocean view.



Updated in June 2014, Sea Gypsy No. 319 features a queen bed in the oceanside suite. It has two full bathrooms and is nearly 658 square feet. Cook your own meals in our kitchenette. Enjoy the privacy of two separate sleeping areas. There is another queen in the master bedroom.



Watch for whales spouts dotting the horizon, or the occasional harbor seal in the shallow waves. The Sea Gypsy's beach access cannot be beat.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

    This place has the best location and being on the top floor was the only way to go about staying at the see gypsy. Our neighbors were kind of noisy, which was kind of frustrating. I feel like the unit could probably use a little bit updating, but it was clean and the easiest check-in we’ve had of any of the units and we stay here at least one to two times annually.

    We stayed at the Sea Gypsy for two nights with our two kids. Overall, there were many good aspects to this place: location, proximity to beach, great views…we didn’t need much space so this looked like a great base of operations for us. It was close to being a great stay, but the price is a bit high for the level of care that has been put into (or not put into) the property. A number of surfaces looked and felt a bit dirty, it smelled of smoking done in does gone by, and little things here and there were broken or not working well. Nothing was an outright deal-killer but the place didn’t seem to justify the price. A little more cleanliness would have been appreciated. We would come and stay again if these things could be improved on.

    We have been staying at Sea Gypsy every winter for years. We love the space, pool, beach and view. This year however, the seal on the window of 319 was broken so the main window was fogged and the view was only visible from the two side windows. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. See you next year!

    Amazing view. Clean and well appointed as far as kitchen, bath. Plenty of towels and cookware. Decor minimal and dated. Bed comfortable. Pillows great.
