We furnish our home to create a vacation space for families and friends who are traveling through the Willamette Valley, visiting students at the University of Oregon and or having a reunion. brbrIt is located off Crescent Avenue in North Eugene, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood. brbrThis is a 2 story house surrounded by outdoor garden areas on three sides. brbrGround level:brbrThe main entrance to the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The main door opens into a cozy front sitting room with a large comfortable couch, lounging chair, old piano and decorative fireplace. brbrThe sitting room opens to the left into a dining room with a bar counter and china closet. There is a large table that comfortably seats 8 guests. brbrNext to dining area is the kitchen with an island electric cooktop. There is a cozy breakfast nook with cushioned seats. The stainless steel oven and dishwasher are newly purchased. brbrThere is a second living space, next to kitchen, with a couch, decorative wood-burning fireplace and mounted TV. We do not provide firewood for the fireplace. brbrOne of the 3 bedrooms is located on the first floor. It is furnished with a queen bed and office desk. There is a half bathroom located right outside this bedroom. brbrFinally, there is also a laundry room with washer and dryer and cleaning supplies on the ground floor. br brbrSecond level:brbrA flight of stairs leads to two bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. brbrThe spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, mounted TV, dressers and a sitting corner. Private entrance at the back of the house. The studio is attached to the main 5-bedroom house, which is another airbnb. The only shared space is the laundry room (lockable doors) and the backyard. You may see or hear other guests during your stay. This studio is a converted garage with the laundry room shared and bedrooms above the studio. If you are overly sensitive to any noise this is something to consider prior to booking.brbr________________________________brbrI have found over time that every VRBO is different and every guest’s expectations are different when they book a short term rental. It is my goal to make sure that I am as transparent as possible so that you can make an educated decision on your choice of where you would like to stay. brbrPET POLICY: All pets must be approved in advance. You must confirm that the animal has no history of property destruction, indoor urination/defecation, aggression, or excessive noise. I expect you to have the animal with you or crated when you're not home. A pac n play is available for rent. The kitchen table can be moved out/in from the wall to take up more or less space depending on head count, as can the twin daybed in the 2nd bedroom that converts to a King bed.
