Cozy suite with a private courtyard

Hard to figure out where to go and entrance at night. Hosts dogs barked often. Tree cut down with chainsaw woke us up. Room very stuffy

We adore staying here whenever we are visiting family in Eugene. So welcoming to our little puppy. We love decompressing in the bathtub!

It was perfect for what i needed! The host was amazing and helped me out in a pinch! The place was small and personal and private and cute and had exactly what i needed!

The bed was super comfortable and everything was really clean. The bathroom is spacious with a ton of counter space. On the last morning, there was a dog that I believe was the hosts that barked quite a bit that caused interruptions in sleep and continued to bark into the late morning. It set our dog off from the continued barking.

Place was great for what I needed and Cathy was very responsive and amazing overall highly recommend

The host was friendly and responsive. The suite was thoughtfully well appointed and exceptionally clean. The fold up desk provided a comfortable place to eat and work and was a pleasant surprise.

We loved this studio! We were visiting family for the holiday and the house was just a little too small for one more couple, so we rented this studio. It had everything we needed and felt warm and cozy, except for the bathroom which was modern, clean, and absolutely lovely. Nothing like lots of family time followed by a glass of wine in quiet relaxing bubble bath. Our dog loved the fenced yard. 10/10. Will stay here next time we visit Eugene.

Nice room.

Everything was as expected, the only thigh we had a really hard time with is the excessive amount of parfume thats been used for laundry detergent. We couldn't sleep well at all because of that smell.

Easy on/off from the highway. Very close to Costco / gas and variety of nice restaurants. Located in a lovely little safe neighborhood. Pet-friendly with small enclosed outdoor area very convenient. Space is tight, but clean. Kitchen is the closet. Chalkboard wall a bit overwhelming for our taste, but seems to be enjoyed by many. Good energy. Friendly host who we didn't get a chance to meet but contacted for updated wi-fi password which was incorrect in the VRBO info section. (hopefully corrected by now). Would stay again.

Such a nice lil place to stay! I stayed at this great little place for just a couple of days while visiting my brother. The description is very accurate and the bed was very comfy and it was super clean. It had its own separate private entrance and was what I assume was formerly a back bedroom with its own en-suite bath that they partitioned off. It was very quiet and efficient and the price was very reasonable. It had a small dorm size fridge and a lil microwave but just be aware that the space is the size of just a bedroom so longer term may not be practical per se. But it suited my needs perfectly and the check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Would 100% stay again & recommend

Suited us very well for our one night stay on our way home after a 2 week road trip.Conveniently located close to downtown.Host had a very helpful ‘Welcome’ binder with places to eat and many places to walk and hike in the Eugene area.

Cozy and perfect for our weekend trip and even stayed cool even in 100 degree weather!

This was a wonderful little place. Everything was modern and up to date, and it all worked. Plenty of linen, and a super comfortable bed. Private courtyard, and a nice quiet neighborhood to walk in. Close to everything. We loved this place, and would stay here again.

Eugene was such a lovely town and Cathy was a very accommodating host!

The communication with the owner was great! I had to shift my dates due to travel and it was not an issue. The space is quiet, peaceful, and well put thought through.

Just needed a place to crash for one night and this spot fit the bill. Felt very private. It was clean and comfortable. “Life happened” prior to our arrival and the owners were awesome. They were immediately able to take care of things and our stay was perfect. Will definitely remember this spot next time we are in the area.

Although apace is small, it is thoughtfully designed. Everything we needed for our stay in Eugene was set up for us. Thanks Cathy for thinking of everything.

The room was quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful.

What an amazing place! Super comfortable. That’s the best I’ve slept in months. Very clean, private, comfortable accommodations. Host was amazing. Great communication and very responsive. I would defined stay here again.

The location was the best it was like me being in my own neighborhood. I went for a walk met a few neighbors very pleasant.. people.
