Stayed Jun 16, 2023Lots of room for the eight of us. Teens and adults enjoyed the ping pong, foosball, and darts. The kitchen was well stocked. Fun to take the trails along the river. Rose garden was beautiful. Only one tv and it’s small. We wanted to use our fire stick to watch the college World Series and that was challenging. Overall a great rental. We plan to try to book it again next year.

Stayed Nov 11, 2022We had 14 friends and family members come together in Eugene for the UO / UW football game. The Riverpath Inn is perfect for a group that size. The home is unique (as it feels like an Inn), spacious and the decor inside felt great. There is ample parking for up to 4 cars in the drive area. Couple items of note. For those that are coming for an event: Autzen is definitely walkable but takes about 35 to 40 minutes. Walking to the Basketball Arena is a bit too far for most (2.8 miles - we tried one way and had to take an Uber back). Downtown is about a 30 minute walk. The home has an entertainment basement area with games, but for those that are looking to watch a game at the residence there is only one small TV in the main sitting area. This home is historic and feels historic inside. Overall everyone in our party commented how amazing the home was and all said they would love to come back for another time. The owners were also very responsive and checking in and out was easy. We all highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Oct 20, 2022We really enjoyed staying here. All of the amenities and decor were thought out perfect! We have a large family and we’re able to all be together in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Having 5 bathrooms was awesome! We LOVED the morning walks along the River and the Rose Garden. Hope to stay here again.
