All dishes must be washed, and garbage placed in outdoor bins before check-out. Glitter and confetti are prohibited, with a Minimum $300 cleaning fee if used.brbr• Occupancy, Quiet Hours, and Prohibited Activities:brOccupancy must not exceed the advertised limit (up to 22). Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors. Parties, events, commercial use, firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.brbr• Pet and Smoking Policies:brGuests must pick up after pets, or a $50 charge will apply for cleanup. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property: a $500 fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found.brbr• Check-In and Check-Out:brCheck-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in an additional fee of up to $100.brbr• Hot Tub Use:brGuests must rinse off before using the hot tub. Do not use oils, soaps, or other foreign substances in the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Close the hot tub cover after each use to maintain heat and cleanliness. Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee.brbr• Fire Pit and Outdoor Use:brOnly use the provided fire pit materials (e.g., no wood in gas fire pits). Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors.brbr• Lost and Found:brItems left behind will be held for 14 days. A $30 handling fee plus shipping costs applies for returning items.brbr• Damage and Security Deposit:brGuests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or card on file.brbr• Community or HOA Rules:brGuests must comply with all community or HOA rules, including those for pools, parking, and shared spaces.
