Shore Drive Cottage is located just a few doors down from Pelican Pub & Brewery and only one row back from the beachfront. You can suit up, step outside, and be at the water in moments. Quaint and charming, this cottage is a wonderful little beach getaway. There are even peekaboo ocean views between the oceanfront homes across the street.

This delightful cottage is sureto bring a smile to your face. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, cutlery, a coffee maker, and a small microwave. The home comfortably sleeps up to four guests, featuring a cozy queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).

Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

    Great location, cute and clean, kitchen and bathroom stocke perfect for two.We would recommend replacing the microwave: the inside lining has deteriorated enough to be unsafe.

    Had a great stay, the property was right next to the boardwalk to the top of the dune and the access trail to the beach. very nice place we would stay there again.

    The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. It is nothing fancy and had a limited view of the ocean but the price was great for what it did offer. The very short walk to the beach and Pelican Brewery was a perk. Kiwanda Coastal Properties were attentive and friendly.
