Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one has a queen-size bed and king-size in the other, two full bathrooms, and laundry. It sleeps 4 comfortably. A 1/2 bath is located downstairs. The home is furnished with the necessary cooking and eating supplies - Keurig and coffee pot, microwave, and all the pots and pans and plates you will need. There is a single-car garage available for use of gear, and a covered deck in the back that is plenty big and private enough to enjoy the provided gas BBQ when you grill. There are paved trails to the beach right out the doors (either front or back), along with many paved walking trails within Shoreline Village and neighboring Nestucca Ridge - you can take the kids or dog for a walk all over the neighborhood. Walk to Pelican Brewery, pick up pizza, rent surf gear, or each morning walk to Stimulus Espresso for baked goods and coffee. The backyard is not fenced but the hot tub area is enclosed. It’s a good idea to keep them leashed as the public land behind the house is vast and has no borders and the beach is close so if they run they could easily get lost.
