It sleeps a Maximum of 6 people. Home offers 2 queen beds and 1 King bed. We have a high chair along with a pack and play for the small sized traveler. We have included a kids corner so the small traveler will have their own entertainment area. The well equipped kitchen will make it easy to prepare meals and the kitchen bistro area allows you to enjoy your morning coffee at a relaxed and leisurely pace. We offer 4 Smart TV's. The garage has now been upgraded to a game room with a ping pong table and comfy spaces to relax . We have beach chairs and a few beach toys for the kiddos. Please bring your own favorite beach towels with you as we don't provide any. We’ve added a swing set in the backyard for the kiddos. We have a corn hole set for your outdoor enjoyment and a very relaxing hammock so you can lay back and chill. There's a large deck w/plenty of seating. The backyard is fenced so it's very private. The home is centrally located and extremely convenient to many points of interest in the Wilmington area. This Home is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. This is a not a pet friendly home. If we find a pet there, we will need to charge a $250 pet fee.
