This 1 bedroom condo came as advertised. It is right on the river with a spectacular view of the Wilmington waterfront and directly across from the USS North Carolina battleship. There is nice balcony to enjoy the outside, a full size fridge and a little stove although I did no cooking. The sink by the stove is a little small so don't expect to do any large scale cooking as the clean up and dishwashing would be a little tedious. It is in a convenient location within walking distance to myriads of shops, restaurants and breweries (Wilmington ahs a happening beer scene). The only glitch came on the 2nd day when my unit key code stopped working. They have you call an 800 number and the customer service representative couldn't really tell me when a representative could arrive to fix the problem. A little unnerving as I had to attend a wedding that afternoon. Luckily, after about a 15 minute wait, I was contacted by and on-site representative who informed they would arrive in 5 minutes, which they did. They got me back inside the unit and indicated they could text me the new code if I needed to head back out. I did and about 10 minutes later they texted me the new code which worked. There is a stackable washer and dryer there and they email instructions ask that you start a load of bedding before you end your stay. The inside instructions do not tell you to that. Would stay again if I ever come back to Wilmington.

I love everything about staying here. The location was perfect. The view from the patio could not be any better. The property manager was great. The place was sparkly clean. I don't really care for the vacation company or whatever that handles the reservation after booking. I would have preferred to just go through VRBO and the owner/property manager. If I had to make one suggestion it would be a more comfortable bed in the bedroom, but that's just nitpicking really. I would definitely stay here again.booking

We loved the location. It had a spectacular view and enjoyed the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We surely are reserving this place in the future and also recommend it to others.

Upon arrival, the floor was not cleaned, toilet not cleaned, counters were dusty and a coffee cup still had dried coffee in it. I was promised a refund for one night & still have not received that 2 weeks later.

The view and location is wonderful. The accommodation was at first glance tidy but the floors were filthy and everything was dusty. The balcony has something sticky spilled and was over crowded with furniture. The balcony chairs were nice but the bistro set was in the way. Only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths were provided for 2 people for 4 days. I washed the towels on day 3 and the washer was so loud I had to shout to talk over it. The extra sheets, presumably for the fold out bed were wadded up in the drawer (not folded). I would not trust they were clean. And we did not need it but ont one thin blanket was provided as bedding for the sofa bed. No dish towels, wash clothes, pot holders, or cleaning wipes were available. This was discovered when we heated something in the oven. There was dusty and unnecessary cookware provided for a kitchen too small to cook in. The coffee pot was nice but the filters were the wrong size so the brew was full of grounds. I would also not trust any dishes available had in any way been cleaned properly. There was no shower curtain liner so the floor was always wet because there were only paper towels to try to sop it up. This is by far the worst accommodation I’ve ever seen through Vrbo. I was determined not to let anything ruin the trip with my daughter. We have not had a getaway since 2019 and live far apart from each other. I’m being generous with 2 stars.

So we had a little snag when we checked in, the directions for the code were not correct and need some updating. Otherwise the VRBO was clean and very well kept. The view is amazing and the location is absolutely perfect for downtown Wilmington

We had quite a bit of frustration getting into the condo because the 7 digit access code did not work. Vacasa wasn’t able to get us in with another code so we were directed to a lock box using inadequate directions. Once we got the key from the lockbox, we were able get in w our luggage. When we returned to move our car from the loading/unloading zone, our car was ticketed. So far, Vacasa management hasn’t gotten back to us on settling the parking ticket. Yikes!!
