Sweet Dreamin' Stylish townhome all your own!

Loved the house, it was so cozy and comfortable, perfect for what we were looking for! Our host was very sweet and had great communication; we had no issues with the property or getting in. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again! It’s close to the beach and a bunch of shops.

Great location for us. Karen’s home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. This was our second stay and probably not our last.

Went with my son, who was taking a test at the college. It was easy to find our way around and the condo was very relaxing. The larger shower had GREAT water pressure, so that was a bonus to me? I would recommend if you are going to this area!

We came to town to see family and we loved the house we stayed in, we didn’t stay long, but will definitely stay again when we go back. Very clean and very comfortable, perfect space for two couples. The second bedrooms bed was a little too firm for my husband and I, so if you need a softer bed, take the main bedroom. But everything was great!

We had a great weekend getaway in Wilmington! Karen was quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. The property was very clean and had everything you could want and more! The driveway is perfect for one car, if you’re traveling with more cars you will have to park in the street, we didn’t have any issues with finding parking (we had family that lives in the area that came over for dinner both nights) but it’s something to keep in mind. There is a lot of things to do near by- we loved casa Blanca coffee around the corner, and had delicious Mexican from K38 which was about 10 minutes away!

We stayed here for 11 days and we were so comfortable. Karen thought of everything. The home is stocked with all you could want for making meals, a variety of toiletries, and cleaning supplies. Karen was great communicating with us and she left a thoughtful gift for us upon arrival. I highly recommend staying here, long-term or short-term.

I can't recommend this host/accommodation enough. The space was well appointed and beautifully decorated and accessorized. The kitchen items were high-end as were the bathroom towels and soaps/shampoo. It was very homey and in a safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

The experience overall was fantastic. From the booking experience to the stay itself- Karen went out of her way to make us feel Welcomed and comfortable. The house was awesome! My wife appreciated the little details- great shampoo and conditioner, fluffy towels and anything extra that she may have forgotten to pack was available. She even left race day nutrition for my race. I would recommend her home to anyone looking for a cozy, comfortable, convenient location to stay!
