Let us know if you are bringing a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.brbrThe sunny living room features 3 walls of windows, but is tucked away on the backside of the house to keep privacy. There's plenty of comfortable seating space in the living room, and even a desk area if you need to work remotely. The updated kitchen has all of the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there's a laundry closet off the kitchen for your convenience as well. The bedroom has a king size bed with nice linens and a high end mattress. The full bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. You'll love spending time outside on the large deck complete with built in bench seating and Adirondack chairs!brbrGuests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the back deck and back yard. There is another rental unit at the front of the house, but it has a completely separate entrance and does not share any of the outdoor spaces. We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay as long as they are approved in advance. Street parking is available in front of the house.brbrYou'll love the modern finishes and amenities throughout this house! The first thing you'll see when you walk in is the beautiful spiral staircase leading to the loft area complete with a comfortable bed, additional seating space, and a reading nook by the front window. There's a full bathroom off of the loft as well. Downstairs, the main living areas have an open floor plan and feels very spacious with the soaring ceilings that are open to the loft above. The living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads right into the fully stocked kitchen which is ready for you to make a home cooked meal. There's bar stool seating at the kitchen peninsula to enjoy your meals. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king size bed, and there is a full bathroom on the main level as well as a home office in case you have to work while in town. There's a washer and dryer available for use on the main level as well.brbrGuests will have access to the entire home and front porch. Please note that the owner of this property lives in the house as his primary residence and rents it out while he is travelling for work. The closet in the office, the large dresser upstairs, and a few other spots in the home will still have his personal belongings in them, so please be respectful of his things. br There is still plenty of storage space available for you during your stay.
