Riverfront Condo in the Heart of Downtown

Wonderful stay and the description on point! This is a great location and beautiful sunsets! We will stay again!

Everything was terrific. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was spotless, conveniently located, and had all the conveniences you might need.

PROS:Location was awesome. In the heart of downtown area. Shopping/Restaurants/Bars were all within 5-10 walking distance. We went to the bagel shop downstairs 2 out of the 3 mornings. Excellent coffee! Balcony overlooking the river and battleship were great. Binoculars to get better views was a nice touch. In-house Keurig with a variety of pods was also nice. Plenty of dishes to use. Various hand soaps were also great. Plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. TVs in both rooms were smart TVs with more than adequate entertainment options, even though I used a firestick. Location felt fairly safe. Entry into the building and unit was very easy. Door codes on both. Sunset/night views were great as well.CONSCarpet and furniture could use a deep cleaning. Flooring creaked at times. Front door appears to have been pried open previously as there was noticeable crack. The lock did not appear very secure from the inside (it was crooked). Better in-between visits cleaning is needed. Found cups not thoroughly cleaned (lip stick found on a cup). Found several hairs in kitchen and bathroom. Sink in bathroom was also slow to drain. Kitchen sink is very small so if you have a lot of dishes it will take time to wash them.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo that was in the middle of everything! Location was perfect, had everything you needed, the host was super informative and very kind, and the room was very clean. We wished we had a chance to stay longer to enjoy everything but perfect for a weekend getaway!

The condo was a wonderful place to stay. It’s well-appointed and very well maintained and the hosts are very responsive. Even though on our last day in Wilmington there was a steady rain, we enjoyed spending time in the condo itself. And the view of the river and the riverwalk was a pleasure! The condo is very convenient to shops and dining as well. We would stay there again!

Wonderful location and overall stay!

The condo is very convent to downtown. You can walk to restaurants, bars and stores in about 5 minutes. The hosts left coffee which was really nice. The bed was comfy and we slept great. You have a wonderful view of the river and the battleship and the river walk is right in front of the building. You really couldn’t ask for a better location.

We enjoyed the condo. Great views and location. We look forward to coming back again soon

Wonderful place to stay while exploring Wilmington. Right on the water across from the battleship. Walking distance to great food and shopping. Didn’t have to drive anywhere. Place is well stocked and clean. Very safe. Looking forward to staying again.

Great stay and location. All of downtown Wilmington is at your finger tips.

What a wonderful condo! Clean, well appointed with everything in working order. Bed and linens were very comfortable. My husband uses a walker and was able to maneuver easily. Wade was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs. We enjoyed being on the Riverwalk and watching all of the activities from the balcony. The Battleship half marathon was a bonus!!!! We enjoyed driving out to the beach, Airlie Gardens and Blueberry’s Grill for brunch.

The room was very clean, the owners provided plenty of coffee lol. The balcony was beautiful the sunset was stunning from the balcony. The neighborhood was nice. There were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The river walk was beautiful. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy from the street on the balcony and bars in the back of the condo but it wasn't terrible.

The Riverfront Condo was perfect for our long weekend in Wilmington. The patio had a cozy privacy for reading, drawing, or watching the river. Even the rain didn't ruin my mornings on the patio. Walking along the river or walking to restaurants or breweries was a delight. We parked and didn’t use the car the entire trip. Mellow Mushroom, The Basics, Prost, Copper Penny, and Beer Barrio were some of our favorite stops (plus several breweries). We can’t wait to stay here again and visit the restaurants we didn’t make it to. Clean, comfortable, and peaceful condo with great hosts.

Location! Location! Location! This cute condo was just right. Plenty of room for a couple and the view from the balcony cannot be beat. We spent most of our in room time on the balcony. It was RiverFest during our visit (what a lovely surprise). We were able to watch the drone show from the comfort of our balcony. We were able to walk to every point of interest. Once we parked upon arrival we did not need our vehicle again until we left.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect with plenty of things to do and see within walking distance. The owners provided great dining recommendations that were also within walking distance. We walked everywhere. The views of the river, the USS North Carolina, and the amazing sunsets from the balcony were beautiful! It was everything we had hoped for and more.

The perfect downtown apartment for a long weekend getaway (or longer)! The view is beautiful and the apartment is walking distance to everything downtown that you could want or need. Quick drive over to the beach makes for a great vacation spot! We were very happy with our stay and did not have any issues. Would recommend this stay to anyone!

Condo was exactly as described! Awesome location in downtown area which allowed for easy access to bars, restaurants and the riverwalk. View from the balcony of the USS North Carolina and riverwalk was wonderful! Unit was clean and well appointed for a short get away. Freezer broke the day of arrival but host informed us in advance and we worked out details to minimize our inconvenience. Would highly recommend this unit and host!

Nice location with a great view.It's a cute little spot if you don't plan on cooking anything as the sink is tiny and there's no dishwasher.It was pretty comfortable, but we found a few problems:No place to put our suitcases in the bedroom & the only bedroom window was in the small closet.Checkout was an hour earlier than usual so we got locked out. Especially when you have to go get your car from a garage, then park it in the loading zone, run upstairs to put the tag back, and bring down the luggage. 11:00 am is the standard checkout time for a reason. 10:00 am barely gives one enough time to wake up, have coffee and breakfast, use the bathroom, pack up and get the car, etc. It was more than inconvenient, I almost got a ticket because I was upstairs trying to get back into the apartment. Very stressful. When I booked it, there was no mention of the parking situation, and since we were on a long road trip, having safe and easy parking was the main reason I booked this location. More details about the space and the parking situation up front would have been helpful.If you're traveling very light and staying for a short time with no car, this is the place for you. Very walkable and safe with lots of restaurants and a lovely waterfront to enjoy.

Our stay at this adorable condo was just perfect. The hosts were so easy to communicate with, and they thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. From the snacks, coffee, and VERY comfortable bed, we would most certainly visit again! The condo was very clean, it has an amazing view, and you could walk to EVERYTHING. If you are looking for a great getaway for 2, this is the perfect place for you! 10/10 recommend.

Great property on the waterfront with an outstanding view. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony after exploring the conveniences of Wilmington’s delightful downtown. This was a great accommodation for an event at Live Oak Bank Pavilion!

This was our first time visiting Wilmington and we definitely lucked out finding this place. The location is great. Close to everything you could need or want. Shopping, museums, restaurants and more. Parking was not an issue with the near by garage. The sunsets on the balcony were definitely something we will remember for years to come.

Very well stocked and clean. Some surrounding noise but expected for weekend in March. Would definitely recommend.

excellent location, great view and quiet. Plenty to do on the Riverwalk. Seeing our first Great Grand Baby was the highlight.only problem the fog rolled in two mornings, but you can't control Mother Nature.

The apartment was just perfect as a base to attend family function. Hosts communicative. The small kitchen has everything you need better than larger rentals I have used. The parking garage was so easy and made the stay less complicated. Would do again.

High notes for this condo are location, view/balcony and cleanliness. Downtown Wilmington is only steps away. There's a fantastic view of the USS NC battleship and vista in the background. And the balcony is spacious and private. I would a absolutely return.

The property was clean and in an excellent location. The amenities provided for your every need and beyond. I say and beyond because the amenities were quality vs just something to check the box. My husband and I wish we had time for a longer stay.

Had a great time! Such a convenient location right in the heart of downtown Wilmington! Loved being on the 6th floor with a beautiful balcony overlooking the river with an incredible view of Battleship North Carolina. We will be back!
