The house is just a short walk to Wilmington's most premiere shopping, dinning and parks. Guest can enjoy the beach's in minutes from this location, 7.3 miles to Wrightsville Beach NC, 13.2 miles to Carolina Beach. Historic downtown Wilmington with the famous Riverwalk and Live Oak Pavilion is a short 4.2 miles. We love fur babies, but our HOA requires only safe breeds and that you provide records of veterinary prescribed flea and tick medication. We also ask that you only bring dogs that are good with kids and other dogs.
