We love spending time there and we hope you will too. It sits on the 10th fairway on the Willard Byrd Golf Course (one of 3 courses) at Sea Trail Golf Resort. You can simply walk to the Sea Trail Convention Center, the Jones/Byrd Clubhouse, Bistro 55 and Sunset Prime restaurant. You can sit on the screened porch and watch the golfers tee off and putt. The sunrise from the porch is absolutely lovely and makes your whole day happy. The Champions are the only units at Sea Trail resort to have their own pool, which is just a few steps outside the front door. Parking is immediately in front of the building as well. brbrThe condo, with its unique floor plan, has enough space that everyone can have their private time. The main villa has the master bedroom (2 full beds) with television, full bath, fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with television. The screened porch has a table for 4 with a ceiling fan and a charcoal grill and access to the lawn. The mini suite can be closed off for privacy and also includes an external entrance. It has its own thermostat. There are two full bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette (w/full refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and sink), a TV with sitting area. There is a table for two and also a desk if you need to work remotely. The desk setup includes a monitor and wireless apple keyboard as well as a printer. brbrHigh thread count sheets and supima cotton towels are included. There is an extra large open beach tote and beach towels as well as a collapsible cooler. We have a large capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked should you wish to cook and is equipped to meet the needs of long term guests to include some pantry items,. brbr*ONLY the Champions condos have their own pool. Rates are inclusive of the pool which has a kiddie pool as well as a picnic and game area; all just steps from the condo.br*There is NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE. br*We have contactless entry with a property host in Sea Trail. br*Sunset Beach is a short 5 minute drive.br*There are 3 golf courses in the neighborhoodbrbrSea Trail Resort is 2,000 acres and is home to three, top-rated golf courses. Exiting the southern entrance it is only a mile to the island via a bridge over the intercoastal waterway (ICW). Sunset Beach is a small barrier island only 3 miles long and is known for it's amazing sunsets. The island is full of cottages and small businesses. There are no buildings taller than three stories. The property is decent sized for a small family getaway (with grandparents, cousins, or friends).brbrThe home has an open floor plan on the main level and is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are many games and activities. Under the house you will find additional space to relax. Take the well-loved canoe or one of the three kayaks down the canal to the Intracoastal waterway. The screened porch provides a great venue for an afternoon board game or dining al fresco. Enjoy ocean, canal, and Intracoastal views from the decks and many windows. Sun decks on the main and upper levels provide alternative spots to the beach. Complaints/ Refunds. Any complaints must be submitted to Starheel Properties during the time of Tenants stay so they can be verified and so we may be awarded the opportunity to address or verify their concerns. We do not engage in conversations regarding refunds with guests via phone calls. All refund correspondence is via email for record keeping purposes.brbrTransfer of Premises.brbr1. If the owner voluntarily transfers the Premises, Tenant has the right to enforce this Agreement against the grantee of the Premises if Tenant’s occupancy under this Agreement is to end 180 days or less after the grantee’s interest in the Premises is recorded. If the Tenant’s occupancy is to end more than 180 days after such recordation, Tenant had no right to enforce the terms of this Agreement unless the grantee agrees in writing to honor this Agreement. If the grantee does not honor this Agreement, Tenant is entitled to refund of all advance rent paid by Tenant (and other fees owed to third parties not already lawfully disbursed). Within 20 days after the transfer of Premises, the grantee or the grantee’s agent is required to: (i) notify Tenant in writing of the transfer of the Premises, the grantee’s name and address, and the date the grantee’s interest was recorded; and (ii) advise Tenant whether Tenant has the right to occupy the Premises subject to the terms of this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made by Tenant. However, if the grantee engages Agent to continue managing the Premises after the transfer, the grantee shall have no obligation under (i) or (ii) above if this Agreement must be honored under the Vacation Rental Act or if the grantee agrees in writing to honor this Agreement.brbr2.Upon termination of the owner’s interest in the Premises, whether by sale, assignment, death, appointment of a receiver or otherwise, the owner, owner’s agent, or real estate agent is required to transfer all advance rent paid by Tenant (and other fees owed to third parties not already lawfully disbursed) to the owner’s successor-in-interest within 30 days, and notify Tenant by mail of such transfer and of the transferee’s name and address. However, if Tenant’s occupancy under this Agreement is to end more than 180 days after recordation of the interest of the owner’s successor-in-interest in the Premises, and the successor-in-interest has not agreed to honor this Agreement, all advance rent paid by Tenant (and other fees owed to third parties not already lawfully disbursed) must be transferred to Tenant within 30 days.brbr3.If the owner’s interest in the Premises is involuntarily transferred prior to Tenant’s occupancy of the Premises, the owner is required to refund to Tenant all advance rent paid by Tenant (and other fees owed to third parties not already lawfully disbursed) within 60 days after the transfer.brbrMandatory Evacuation. If State or local authorities order a mandatory evacuation of an area that includes the Premises, Tenant shall comply with the order. Upon compliance, Tenant will be entitled to a refund of the prorated rent for each night that Tenant is unable to occupy the Premises because of the order. However, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund if, prior to taking possession of the Premises: (i) Tenant refused insurance offered by Agent that would have compensated Tenant for losses or damages resulting from loss of use of the Premises due to a mandatory evacuation order, or (ii) Tenant purchased such insurance from Agent.brbrExpedited Eviction.
