Located in Shoreline Woods, one mile from the beach, we offer a comfortable cottage surrounded by trees in a quiet waterway community. The house is on the mainland; to gain access to the beach, there is a PAY TO PARK public parking area next to the pier and a larger pay-to-park lot beside it. Once your toes hit the sand, you can stroll the wide beach, walk to the Kindred Spirits Mailbox, fish from the pier or just sit, relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025This cottage was decorated so adorably and made us feel so comfortable. Close to the beach ( and free parking was awesome ! ) and close to shops and restaurants.We enjoyed exploring the area and found great places in several nearby towns. We hope to make this a routine vacation place !

Stayed Jun 16, 2025The house was very clean. They have lots of beach equipment for guests to use which was nice. And the house is only a couple minutes from the pier which is a huge plus. They provide parking pass for the pier which I loved.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Our family takes a beach trip every year and we always stayed in the same house. This year we decided to change it up and stay in Sunset and it was worth it. The kids loved all the flamingos and the outside shower helped so much with sand from the beach.

Stayed May 25, 2025Cottage located in a quiet neighborhood located just a mile from the bridge to cross over to Sunset Beach. They provide a parking pass so you have a great place to park at the beach. Cottage is close to a grocery store and about 6 miles from Calabash where there are lots of great places to eat.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024You will not find a cleaner, more well stocked and thoughtful owner! We absolutely love to stay here. The beds are comfortable, you get a pass to park at the pier that’s only steps from the ocean. In a nice quiet neighborhood. I definitely was not ready to go home AT ALL!! I could stay there indefinitely!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We enjoyed the few days we were able to go to the beach. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Hurricane Debby shortened our beach week. Randy & Lynn were wonderful to work with. Paula stopped by and talked with my husband and she was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely keep this house on our vacation list for the future.

Stayed Jul 14, 2024Very nice beach cottage with great kitchen, it was clean but be aware there is no cleaning service, you are expected to clean before leaving. We definitely left it cleaner than when we arrived. The price is very good for such a nice home, we would stay there again if visiting sunset beach.

Stayed May 20, 2024This is a charming home a very short distance from the beach. It has everything you could possibly need and more including a great space for your fur babies. It was quiet and comfortable and I would definitely recommend it if staying on the oceanfront is not a must for you. Sunset Beach is a beautiful little town. I tried to do different places each year but if I ever go back to Sunset Beach I would stay here again. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.

Stayed May 15, 2024We stayed 1 week at this lovely cottage. Everything you need for beach fun & enjoyment was provided at the cottage. There were books, puzzles & other things to do if you didn’t want to go shopping on a rainy day. We had easy access to the beach and many great places to eat in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle and Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay here again.
