Very clean. We had everything we needed

Owner responded quickly to questions. Property as described. Only issue is that there was a loud droning sound (from either the fridge or the heating, not sure which) that made it so you had to turn the tv up pretty loud to hear it. Other than that, everything was great.

Very quiet location for resting and relaxation. However, everything close by eating shopping and the beach is so closeThe condo was very clean. Furniture was comfortable bed in the master bedroom was a little too firm for me but everything else was excellent. Will definitely stay here again and recommended.

Great location. Short drive to the beach and restaurants. Condo is very roomy and comfortable. Two separate sections each with bedroom, bathroom and kitchen area. Could easily accommodate 2 couples or family of 4. Quiet location. Highly recommend if you want a quiet relaxing getaway.

While the location was prime for the beach and other local amenities, the rental itself was in sub-par condition for our stay. When we arrived, we took our shoes off and after about an hour, we noticed our feet had turned black due to the condition of the floors. The next morning when showering, we noticed there was a wad of hair left in one of the showers. On the second day, the AC went out and when we contacted the management company in the afternoon (as we'd been at the beach for the morning and only realized how hot it was inside after settling in for the afternoon), no one was able to come and repair the AC, leaving us to make due with 80 degree temps inside overnight. While we did enjoy the convenience to the beach, I do think we'll be looking to stay elsewhere next time we're in the area.

My wife and I along with we her sister and her son did a spontaneous trip in memory of their father who recently passed but love to take them to ocean Isle and the surrounding areas. This place was super clean and check in was a breeze. It’s a short 40 minute drive to Myrtle Beach to eat at his favorite place the Giant Crab. Only about 10-15 minutes away from Ocean Isle beach. This property is located on a beautiful golf course that looked to be closed for maintenance at the time of our visit. The only hiccup we had was when we visited the pool we were told they were supposed to give us key fobs to access that but the friendly residents used theirs and let us right in! We will definitely be staying here again in our future visits as they did not have astronomical hidden fees like cleaning. The price was up front and we weren’t shocked by one of those fees that caused us to look elsewhere at checkout. We had to call the office twice once to help locate the router to power cycle it for the internet and the other after checking out as my wife left our baby girls medicine in the fridge. The staff were super friendly and professional so we give our stay a 10/10 just make sure if you want to access the pool to call their office and I’m sure they can hook you up with the required key fobs!!

We had a great time and my granddaughters had a great time. It is our second time staying at Sea Trail and we will be back! Love this place!

Open and cozy. Definitely a return vacation spot. Needs a little detail cleaning. Under couch, beds, bathtub drains, and overhead vents need some TLC. Overall, a great place to stay!

It was a short weekend visit with our son who is in the military. He got time to relax and still visit the beach/ocean and drive around and be with us even though it was a short time it was a great get away….Thank you!
