This rental has it all - plus! We were there for 3 weeks and were pleased with all of the amenities. Rental was very clean with comfortable beds. We appreciated having spices to cook with, plenty of dishes and utensils as well as cleaning supplies, toiletries and a large washer and dryer.

It’s a great location that we have enjoyed for many years.Sunsets and walks on the beach, golf, peace and quiet are all things we enjoy. The area is growing in leaps andbounds and the people there are very friendly. Jim and Teree’s home is everything you could hope for. They provide all the extras that exceed anyone’s expectations. Lovely condo with plenty of room for family or friends :) We really liked sitting out on the back porch and taking walks in the neighborhood. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was clean and neat. Would definitely plan to stay again on a future visit to Sunset Beach!

This condo was so so beautiful. Felt like a 5 star resort. Very clean. Immaculate. Had everything we needed and more. Community very nice. Location on the beautiful golf course was peaceful. Unfortunately Mother nature was not behaving!!. We will be back!

This is a great condo! It is well furnished, clean and well maintained. The kitchen has plenty of cookware and the place made you feel right at home! The hosts provided everything one would need to have a great and accommodating trip! They also have great communication! I highly recommend this place!

The property is very nice and within just a few minutes to sunset beach. We would definitely stay here again. 4 star on cleanliness because of one of the bathrooms but I took care of that on our arrival but definitely didn’t sway us from staying there again. The AC wasn’t working right on the first day but we got in touch with them and they were right on and it got fixed ASAP. so great to communicate with and so happy with our stay.

With over 100 vacation rental stays through the years, this one is by far is the best one yet. This unit is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay and I do mean everything. From the coffee maker, utensils to cookware this rental has it all. The owners truly have thought of everything to make your stay stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. The first floor location is perfect, park your vehicle and wheel your luggage straight into the unit. Easy entry / exit every time you leave and return, no stairs or waiting on the elevator. The screened-in porch is perfect for you to enjoy your morning coffee, relax and watch golfers make their approach to the 16th green. The living room has ample, comfortable seating and the large TV is perfect for family movie night. Book this unit, you will not be disappointed.

The property was as listed and very well appointed. Kitchen, bathroom and pantry closets and drawers were well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay without multiple trips to stores to get little things we needed.Check in process was seamless and communication with owner and cleaning service was very good. It was a positive to actually deal with an owner and not just a property management company.

Condo was super clean/organized and close to shopping, food, and beach. The best part was the layout. My teen had her “own place”. We loved it and will be back again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Great location close to golf and restaurants. The private pool was great and much less crowded than the bigger resort pool. We would highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to go back.

Very nice place and great location. We were a litte disappointed that a condo in a golf resort did not have the Golf Channel on the tv. We were two 75 year olds playing golf with two local friends.

This beautiful condo had all the comforts of home. Very clean and kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were of very good quality. Mini suite was perfect for our friends - shared mealtime and daytime activities with complete privacy at night. Contacting manager and owner was easy with very prompt return calls. Most meals were at Calabash, where seafood is always delicious. Would definitely recommend this condo and will rent again when we vacation on Sunset Beach.

I rented this place for my visiting family and it was perfect for them. The unit was in very good condition and my family said it was very comfortable and clean. I will book this place again when the need arises.

Daughter was getting married on the beach needed accommodations for 81 yr old grandma on ground level! 100% satisfied our needs! When we arrived it was like walking into a totally set up home every thing we needed to provide a wedding dinner! If I forgot it the villa had it! We throughly enjoyed our our stay!

My family loved staying at this Sea Trail Villa. There are so many nice things to mention. The cleanliness, the comfortable mattresses, the convenient location and the pool. The most remarkable thing that I wish all rental properties would learn is that that there were two empty shelves in the pantry! A place to put our groceries so we could use the counter to cook! The attention to detail in providing useful items was much appreciated.
