The kitchen comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, cups, utensils and an assortment of spices to get you started. In addition to the usual kitchen appliances, available to you is a dual coffee maker, allowing both drip coffee or single serve (K-cup compatible). Our house has a dishwasher and full washer and dryer. Complete linens are also provided. There will be a starter set of commonly used items, as well as a few snacks waiting for you on the kitchen counter. There are many books, puzzles, kid toys and games available for your use. Each room contains a wall-mounted flat screen Roku TV. YoutubeTV Cable and wi-fi are also provided. There is a pack and play, small high-chair and umbrella stroller available for those with children. Beach towels are provided. Extra blankets are provided.brbrOutdoor Space:brParking at our home is free and can fit up to 3 standard size vehicles. Our designated parking is underneath the building (see picture) and allows for vehicles to be parked in a single line. brbrThere is an outdoor shower (hot/cold water) and a storage room for guests. Some beach chairs, an umbrella and bikes are provided. There are a couple of ride-on kid toys, small plastic kiddie pool and beach wagon. There are also 4 patio chairs to use in the covered area for lounging.brbrAll guests will receive our electronic welcome book prior to arrival. This will contain important information as it relates to our property, your stay and important things to know. It will also include our suggestions of things to do and places to eat, as well as resources for services available in the area. There will be a printed version available at the condo.brbrGuests will access our home during their stay via a unique code for the keyless smart-lock. For parents with children: there is a manual safety lock high up on the inside of the front door. There is one outward facing Ring doorbell camera on our front door.brbrPlease note that this is a top-floor unit. There are approximately 30 stairs to get to our front door.
