Stayed Nov 25, 2023Just finished up a week in Sunset Beach playing golf. This condo is by far the best we have stayed in during our 25 years of coming to Colony. New floors, shower and beautifully appointed living quarters. Clean as can be. I'd highly recommend booking this property if spending time around the Calabash area.

Stayed Sep 13, 2023Location in Sunset Beach was great. Not too far from everything. Loved the pond with turtles, bullfrog and maybe an alligator. (Never saw it!) Condo was spacious right on the golf course. Kitchen was well stocked and bathrooms were very clean. Loved the little screened in porch , would come back.
