The fourth bedroom, on the lower floor, is perfect for kids, with bunk beds and a twin bed. There is a twin sleep sofa in the game room, adjacent to the kids’ bedroom. A pack and play, high chair, and booster seat is in the primary closet for your use. brThe kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, dishes, glasses, pots, pans, a blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and traditional coffee maker. brTwo surfboards, one skim board, one boogie board, one SUP, three fishing rods, one tackle box, four bicycles, two bags of golf clubs, one stroller, and one large cooler are in the garage.
