The backyard is a paradise with multiple porches, decks, putting green and a private pool. brbrThe house is spacious with over 4300 sq ft, large windows and high ceilings. The view is the best on the island. There are 5 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. There is a fully stocked, large kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances including a Viking gas stove, Double Viking Ovens, Warming Drawer, large Viking refrigerator, beverage refrigerator, nugget ice maker, and two full dishwashers. There is an elevator that stops on all three floors. brbrA game room with foosball table and arcade games is the perfect place to spend time after a long day on the waterways and beach. There is also a ping pong table and cornhole set. Enjoy putting in the backyard. As a guest, you will have access to kayaks and stand-up paddle boards for exploring Jink’s Creek and the Intracostal Waterway. The pool also has a nearby bathroom. The home has a wood-paneled elevator, very large kitchen, extra large covered and open front decks, state of the art electronics, and best of all...right on the ocean! Endless Summer features hickory flooring on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with beautiful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy unbelievable ocean views, half covered and half uncovered, from the top deck. From the second deck enjoy covered ocean views and a view of the kids playing in the pool below. The beautiful gourmet kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind with a center island, custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a beverage refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 2 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. This top level has a chef's well equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances including two sinks, undercounter ice maker, food processor, two toasters, two coffee makers, electric knife sharpener and gourmet cookware. The dining table can seat 10 with additional space at the adjacent counter. There are two bedrooms on the top level, one with two queen beds and one with a king bed and TV. All bedrooms have a private bath. The living room has a large screen HDTV with sound bar. There is WIFI internet access (computer not provided). This level has a sectional sofa, and three comfortable chairs.brbrThe elevator services all three levels, but it is an amenity.
