Not only will you be able to relax to the nth degree, we provide plenty of comfortable sleeping options; namely, one BR has a highly sought after king bed, two BR's have a queen bed plus a twin bed, one BR with a queen bed and the 5th BR has a set of bunk beds with a trapeze bed. Everyone can be accommodated and be comfortable--from the grandparents, to the parents, to the children of all ages. It's an easy walk to the beach with great restaurants nearby plus shopping, golf, pier fishing, and fun for the kids. AND best of all a PRIVATE POOL with fantastic sunbathing lounge chairs. An outside bar for entertaining and relaxation plus an outside cooking area you don't find in most properties. Enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away or more than a dozen of golf courses in a 30 minute drive or less. Check in was very easy and John was very communicative. The setup of the house was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the pool every day! Could use a separate ice maker and more storage/pantry space in the kitchen.

Great house for a family . Plenty of room . Well stocked with helpful items . Could use a little maintenance but not a big deal at all . Would rent again ! Great for family’s ! Good communication and easy check in !

Overall, the house was great. Pros: pool, I actually liked that there was no back door access to the pool because we have a toddler who can’t Swim yet, access to renters closet, they are nice enough to let you use their bikes, a wagon, chairs, pool toys etc. house is updated more than the pics show, new flooring, etc. Owner super nice and responsive. Cons- doors/locks are a little tricky but again, owner got back with me immediately when I asked about that. a little bit of a walk to the beach. Not bad, but good workout if you’re carrying beach chairs.

Great location, nice pool, nice home. Needs some TLC and extra cleaning. Would still recommend. Very nice to have alot of kids and beach toys avaailabke to the quests.

Had an amazing time at the beach which was just a short walk away from the house. The pool was wonderful and refreshing and it fit all 20 of us (10 adults and 10 kids) comfortably. Definitely recommend the location and home to anyone who is looking to get away and relax!

There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the owner responded promptly on the 2 occasions when I contacted him. The beach is within walking distance, but renting a golf cart is the best way to get to the beach (partly because those carts can park near the beach but cars can't).

This was the 3rd year we have stayed in this lovely beach home. Any issues have been quickly resolved by the owner. The large private pool is perfect for our young grandchildren and its location offers a very short walk to a beach access. Perfect home for 14 people!
