The Blue Ridge Parkway is a 15 minute ride north of us. Make yourself at home in this wonderful 3-bedroom farmhouse retreat. With 2 queen beds and 1 twin bed, guests can enjoy a tranquil stay surrounded by nature while still being just 10 minutes from downtown Mt Airy, 5 minutes from Round Peak Vineyard, and a short drive to hiking and many other attractions. This welcoming property offers central heating and AC, TV in the living room as well as in 2 bedrooms, WiFi, plus washing machine and dryer (downstairs) for convenience. The decor is like something out of a time capsule. My grandmother built this house in 1974 and we’ve only ever used it for occasional weekend visits and holiday gatherings. The house has a full kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms (one located downstairs), and in addition to modern amenities we have an old console record player as well as a grand piano.
