This large body of water has many inherent dangers associated with it. Tenant acknowledges that Agent and owner are not responsible for any accidents or injuries arising from use of the lake. br(10) If due to circumstances beyond Real Estate Agency’s control, the property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable, a refund shall be given to the Tenant of all payments made by the Tenant.
