Location is everything as you have a short walk to a private beach access which is located at the end of the street. Also, within walking distance to the island restaurants, playground with basketball court, candy store, and an ice cream shop. br brThe home offers a total of 5 bedrooms as outlined below. Each bedroom will a full bath and king / queen rooms will have a 43” LED Smart TV and access to an outside deck. br brPrimary Master – 1 King – 2nd floor with private bathbrSecondary Master – 1 King – 1st floor with private bathbrBR3 – 2 sets of bunks – 2nd floor (full bath adjacent to bedroom)brBR4 – 2 Queens – 1st floor with private bathbrBR5 – 1 Queen – 1st floor with private bathbrbrThere is a toddler bed (crib-sized mattress) and a full sized pack and play provided for child sleeping (you will need to bring sheets for either / both).brbrThe kitchen, located on the top floor, is open and airy with stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and a center island with bar stool seating for 4.
