All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs with ROKU streaming. All bathrooms have a hairdryer. While the elevator is strictly for cargo, we do allow its use for people who can't otherwise use the stairs. brbrThe reverse open floor plan is very popular as guests can stay connected in the massive top level living area that blends a fully appointed chef's kitchen, a huge island with bar seating for 4, a large farmhouse dining table and a modern living room with ample seating and a giant smart TV and sound system. Guests can dine outside on the poly-wood dining set on the upper deck. brbrThe cozy mid-level living area has its own large flat screen TV and comfortable, spacious seating throughout. A handful of great local eateries are just 5 minutes away including longtime favorite and ultra-casual Provision Company. The causeway boasts plenty of surf shops and rental agencies where you can book bikes by the day or week or try kayaking. And there are several great ice cream shops nearby. For the best seafood or steaks we have the world famous town of Calabash just 25 minutes away. Try Oyster Rock, right on the water! And, just across the state line is Little River, SC and the Parson's Table, one of our favorite fine dining restaurants. Try the Oysters Rockefeller! A little farther south you'll find the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach with 100's of restaurants, bars, shops and other amusements for the whole family. And then there is the GOLF. This 5 bedroom, 4 bath home accommodates 11 guests. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the master bedroom and a double and twin bed in the second. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with a queen in the first, a queen in the second and a queen in the third. All upstairs bedrooms have an ocean view and an oceanfront porch with rockers. This home offers central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, quick-chill refrigerator, additional large ice maker, high-speed internet, smart TV's in all bedrooms, smart TV in living room area with DVD player, upper and lower porches, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, fish cleaning station with hot water, covered grilling area with seating and covered parking.
