Holden Beach House w/ Boat Dock: Steps to Beach!

We loved this property! We had plenty of space and loved the house decorations. Well stocked kitchen and supplies. We were a short walk to the beach and the elevator came in very handy. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect for parking it over night. Nightly fishing was also done and a cute sitting area under the house with the grill. We loved the upper deck and sitting out at night hanging out with the string lights on railing. Jodie was so responsive so any question or need and we all agreed we would stay again next year!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was as described. We enjoyed the dock, the well-appointed kitchen, the comfortable bedrooms and the bright and cheery living area. Communication with our hosts was excellent. The home is clean and in very good condition. It is a really nice house and we hope to come back.

Wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well-maintained and everything that you need in the kitchen and throughout the house! Great place for a family and friends to bond and enjoy the beach. We have rented properties up and down the NC beach front over the 23 years we have lived in-state and this was one of the very best that we have enjoyed. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week at Holden Beach. The house is well represented in the website photos--spacious, comfortable, and with everything that a family with friends will need for a great week. We are regular renters up and down the North Carolina coast and this was one of the best properties that we have encountered in our 23 years living in the state. We had a great time staying here with 8 adults 3 small children! The house was as described and was spacious for our group. Jodie was a great host. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor decks overlooking the water, the dock and the spacious living area and kitchen. The beach is a few minute walk away. Would recommend for a family get away!

Our family was totally blown away by such an awesome house, beautiful location, and truly gracious host. This was our best vacation spot ever.

The house worked great for our family the bedrooms being in the second floor allowed for great morning coffee in the upper deck. The 3 rd floor bedroom worked for us as we are a little older and could engaged in the living space easier. Having an elevator to unpack and pack up was a tremendous help. The kitchen is equipped well and having a larger refrigerator was great to allow space for drinks along with the food. The family enjoyed every day fishing off the dock. The walk to the beach was doable as we have a beach wagon to carry all our gear for the day. Thank you for sharing your home

Beautiful house with great amenities! Very comfy and just a short walk to the beach. Lots of memories made. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Everything was great here. Hosts were especially nice and helpful when checking in. The house was amazing. Walk to the beach was short. Kids got to fish from in the back yard (caught crab and croaker).
