'Til Next Time! Pool w/Opt. Heat, Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, Elevator, Crow's Nest

The host was great. Answered all our questions timely. Amenities were clean, adequate supplies in kitchen. Our entire family enjoyed our stay.

We all had a wonderful time. It had plenty of space for our party of 14. The kids loved the hot tub and the heated pool. The elevator was perfect for one that recently had surgery and couldn’t do the steps well. We had plenty of pots and pans so we could prepare Thanksgiving meal for everyone. And the owner was wonderful to answer any questions or concerns we had along the way. He was really quick getting back to us. We would definitely recommend him and would love to stay with him again.

The house was perfect for our group of 7 for our annual girls’ beach trip! Clean, spacious and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home! The kichen is stocked well, rooms are spacious with great attached bathrooms, the pool area is fabulous with the bar area and hot tub shaded, and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very responsive. The elevator was helpful to get luggage and groceries to the upper levels. I would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay!

It was nice. We have never had to put our own sheets on the beds. the boys shared a room on the top floor and it was hot. the owner told us to do several things and we did but still was a little warm. Other than those things it was nice and we had a nice vacation. Thank you

We had a great time for a week with 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-16). The house was great: clean and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and back yard were great when we weren't at the beach, just a few steps down from the property. Already considering coming again!

Such a beautiful house with everything we needed with the beach just a quick walk away.

There were 6 adults in our group. There were supposed to be 8 but one couple had to back out at last minute. Even if they had come, there would have been plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was roomy enough for a few of us to work at meal prep at the same time. The pool area, hot tub and tiki bar were all an added bonus. We loved the proximity to the beach access, too. And let’s not forget the elevator to bring groceries and coolers up from the bottom floor. Many great memories were made here! We’d love to go back!

This house is perfectly located near the beach & everything in the property was as listed & fantastic! The owner was wonderful to work with. We would love to stay there again!

Very nice property with plenty of amenities.

This is a beautiful home, well-suited for our family of 5. The location is excellent - a 2-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to the basketball court and 10-minute walk to Sunset Slush. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful time. So glad the pool and hot tub were ready when we arrived!

We rented this property to celebrate my birthday. I came with my family (two kids) and met up with my four best friends and their families (including 2 other kids). The house was perfect. There was space for everyone to be comfortable, come together for rowdy meals, and sit alone on a porch and read. The beach is a house away, so we rolled down with tons of toys from the house and had a blast (while still being able to come back for the inevitable bathroom breaks with kids!). The pool was perfect while the younger kids were napping. It was heated and we all were happy to spend hours in it with a few trips to the hot tub. The house was well equipped with cooking dishes/ needs. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. We would love to come back to Holden beach and would absolutely stay here again!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house! The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was a favorite of the kids, while the adults preferred the hot tub! The short walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. Being so close to the bridge was definitely a major plus!! This was our family's 11th trip to Holden Beach and this house is definitely one of our very favorites. I was a little concerned about being on the 3rd row, but the walk to the beach was shorter than some of the oceanfront houses we have stayed at in the past. We look forward to staying here again!!
