Babington Ocean Front Beach Home with Pool--heated pool optional--

This was our second time staying in the Babington’s Beautiful Ocean Front Property! It is exactly what we needed/wanted for our vacation. Robert and his family are always so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying with them while you’re at Holden Beach. Hopefully, we’ll be back again soon!

We had an amazing stay at the Babington beach house. House was organized and professionally clean. Kitchen was stocked with all items needs for a relaxing beach day to a Thanksgiving meal. The pool was exceptionally well thought out, with the just high enough privacy fence, comfortable reclining deck chairs and umbrellas, and the color changing pool lights. The best is the ocean view, can’t beat that. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back soon!

This was our first visit to Holden Beach and we enjoyed everything about our stay. We loved the convenient boardwalk to the beach, to get out to watch the birds and look for shells. We especially appreciated the privacy and quiet provided by the expansive property. The Babington House is a beautiful home with everything we needed. It was clean and thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The upstairs porch offers sweeping views of the dunes and ocean for sunrises and sunsets and quiet moments in between. From the beginning of our planning until the end of our visit, Robert was responsive to all our questions and pleasant in all communications. We highly recommend the Babington House at Holden Beach for a memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The heated pool was an excellent cherry on top after a day on the beach. Because there are large empty lots on either side of the house, the house feels very private. It was the most beautiful stay I've ever had on the coast of North Carolina. We often felt like we were on a private beach. September sounds like an excellent time to visit!

Our stay at the Babington House could not have been better. From booking the house to the end of our family vacation, the process was straightforward and communication with Robert was the best. He responded immediately to every question we had. We even asked for a favor the during our stay and he graciously agreed even though it was more effort on his part. The home was just as described and every detail was was explained in writing so we knew exactly what to expect. The house was super clean and everything worked perfectly. The ice machine was very useful. Four full bathrooms made it really easy for all of us to clean-up after a day on the beach. Walking out the door and down the walkway to the private beach was super easy. The pool made it extra fun for the kids who were too young to spend all day at the beach. We enjoyed a special treat when a nest of sea turtles hatched and made their way down to the water. This was the best VRBO experience we have had to date and the whole family agreed that they would love to visit again. Thank you, Robert!

This home was a beautiful well-kept property located on the beach with a pool. Our stay was wonderful despite the hurricane on the horizon. We enjoyed all aspects of this home including the beach, the pool, the decks. It has a great grill area, pool floats, and a cornhole area. I am a stickler for clean rentals and this home exceeded my expectations. The linen service was wonderful as well. We didn't need to spend time making beds or locating any extras. The most important point I want to make... Robert was absolutely amazing at communication prior to, during and after our stay. He was so immediately responsive to any questions that I had which is an amazing quality these days. That fact alone was my highlight! We appreciate him sharing his beautiful home and property with us. We will be coming back!!

In a word? Spectacular! Everything was even better than advertised! The view, rooms, decks, grounds and pool were awesome. Huge, front-facing windows and view were a wonderful surprise!The kitchen had everything we needed.The whole house and outside area were so clean and comfortable! We chose this rental for its short stay option. We were so happy with our choice.Communication with our host was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and everything was immaculate. Do not hesitate to book Babington.

This was the best stocked house we have ever stayed in. Very well taken care of and hosts were great!

Great location

Multi generational family of 9 ranging from age 2 thru 77.This was our 2nd year staying at Babbington. It lived up to the memories we made last year!Quiet beach location. Well equipped kitchen with separate ice maker. The pool is great! All bedding in cleaned between renters. Plenty of pillows for sleepers that like more than 1 pillow.

This well-appointed home has everything including a smashing location on a large lot, a pool and sparsely populated beach. The owners are top notch communicators and help with anything needed. We were in a bind due to storm that dropped two feet of rain and left us houseless for our vacation at our original booking in Bald Head Island. Within hours we were able to pivot and secure Babington and had a perfect rest of our vacation with friends from around the country

Our family beach trip included our three adult children, their spouses, and our two granddaughters ages 1 and 2. It was very helpful to have separate bathrooms and adequate spaces (beach, pool, upstairs and downstairs decks, and lower level parking) for alone time when needed. Perks like multiple coffee pots, an ice maker, a very-well stocked kitchen, multiple hoses for spraying off, and a fish-cleaning station were all very convenient.

We truly enjoyed our stay. You just can’t beat the privacy you get wit the Babington house. The pool is exceptional!!! Only issue we had was the downstairs master bathroom had an extra moldy shower curtain. I was very disappointed as the price paid for the week I think allowed us clean showers. Overall I’d say 8/10.

The Babington was the best place to escape for a week with my family of 9! The house was incredibly clean, with a very well-stocked kitchen! The ice machine was convenient added bonus. The pool and large deck were clean and a great place to end a day at the beach. The beach itself was near private thanks to the sprawling property the house is on. Even with the privacy, shops and restaurants are still less than 15 minutes away. A fantastic time was had by all, and we would definitely return to The Babington for future family vacations!

It has all you need and you feel like you own the beach.
