While the elevator is strictly for cargo, we do allow its use for people who can't otherwise use the stairs. brbrThe reverse open floor plan is very popular as guests can stay connected in the massive top level living area that blends a fully appointed chef's kitchen, a huge island with bar seating for 4, a large farmhouse dining table and a modern living room with ample seating and a giant smart TV and sound system. For the best seafood or steaks we have the world famous town of Calabash just 25 minutes away. Try Oyster Rock, right on the water! And, just across the state line is Little River, SC and the Parson's Table, one of our favorite fine dining restaurants. Try the Oysters Rockefeller! The second floor has 3 bedrooms with a queen in the first, a queen in the second and a queen in the third. All upstairs bedrooms have an ocean view and an oceanfront porch with rockers. This home offers central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, quick-chill refrigerator, additional large ice maker, high-speed internet, smart TV's in all bedrooms, smart TV in living room area with DVD player, upper and lower porches, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, fish cleaning station with hot water, covered grilling area with seating and covered parking.
